I bought a beautiful artwork on Artsy and the whole process was easy and seamless I was able to search by the artist I was looking for Serge Najjar and easily buy it with the Buy Now feature The gallery packed it and shipped it to me and I had it in my home within a few days I could not imagine an easier way to buy art to be honest

I recently experienced issues with a Buy Now order Artsy order support team did an outstanding job in quickly resolving the issue icluding calling the buyer and working with him They kept me posted in almost real time as the issue was being resolved

I have never experienced such great partner and tech support as I have with the 5 years I ve been with Artsy They use multiple channels to make SURE my problem is addressed and especially with tech I am never made to feel that I am computer marketing illiterate As such I also feel that I am growing in awareness and becoming the best gallery representative I can be Artsy is a solid prestigious platform and I love it

I inadvertently made a purchase with the incorrect card business vs personal and Artsy was wonderful about working with me and the gallery to switch I have made a couple of purchases through them without incident but was beyond impressed with the level of service and willingness to help when I asked Highly recommend

Artsy helped me with a problem regarding an incorrect image of my art

I had a long term problem regarding an image of my art which was not representative of my work It kept coming up in the search engines when I searched for my page on Artsy The color was wrong It had been photographed by someone else The Artsy representative was very helpful She understood and she and her team worked to find where the source of the problem was She was patient with me and they were able to find and delete the image and resolve the problem

Artsy staff stepped in when a seller did not appropriately respond to a faulty description of two pieces of art purchased at auction As a result I received full cost of repair
