I made a mistake with ordering Entirely on me -- it happens But usually that means being belittled demeaned and or at least getting the runaround so one wonders whether it s just better to lose the money and gain back the time and frustration spent I am delighted to say Artsy understood and helped me correct my mistake efficiently and effectively and with zero judgement Mistakes happen and it s nice to know we can quickly move on I ll absolutely order again soon -- correctly this time
