Artsy is a great platform and I acknowledge your efforts to help gallery partners to increase their sales However we are dissapointed by the sales we have managed to generate so far on the Artsy platform

Wonderful Customer Service But Odd Artsy Policy

I found a ceramic bowl that I liked very much I paid for it Apparently Artsy has a policy that the seller has the chance to cancel the sale I don t understand why they have this feature I contacted Artsy and the person who responded did a great job sorting things out I still haven t heard from the seller that the bowl has been shipped but I think it will work out

I appreciate the assistance sent to me by Artsy in response to my email to them Although I m not new to Artsy this involved a new group of posts about my art and I did not know how to log in to review it before it will be completed and posted

As an Artsy client

As an Artsy client I think it is a very practical platform to be able to show clients the exhibitions and works available I find it convenient for when I go to international fairs As a way of selling I think it is difficult generally I have very few inquiries and I was only able to make two sales in a year that do not cover the cost of the platform This year one of the sales occurred through a virtual fair that Artsy held I think the virtual fairs within artsy are very good

This App Has Changed the Art World For Me

This site has unbelievable art everything from million dollar Andy Warhol to the hottest emerging artists and super affordable artists who haven t become established yet You can buy through the app and the customer service is great And if you re a collector you can sell your paintings through Artsy at super low commissions I m a huge fan

My 1st Art purchase with Artsy

This was my first large art purchase and Isabel was with me through the entire transaction She sourced the piece of art an answered all my questions I really would not have found this particular piece without her The whole transaction was super seamless I can t wait to work with Isabel on my next purchase with Artsy

Great Customer Service

Incredibly quick follow-up with easy to follow instructions to re-authorize access to my account as a result of losing ability to receive authorization codes Hunter was helpful and friendly Customer Service doesn t get any better

Suggested Media Coverage Hammond Museum

I had not seen any media coverage on the New Salem NY based Hammond Museum a female founded female operated 60-year-old facility with a world famous 8 acre Japanese Stroll Garden The curator is from Tapei and is Italian and Asian How cool is that Cameron of Artsy got back right away and said they would check it out I am hopeful they eill follow through on their we will check it out statement
