I just bought an amazing piece of art at Artsy First feel completely reassured that you re buying ORIGINAL pieces of art It s always hard to trust when you re buying expensive pieces on the internet At first I had a hard time buying the piece but Artsy support was superb I would recommend and would buy myself 100 times Artsy Go for it

Above and beyond

Above and beyond I ordered two prints from the same artist and tho the site didn t let me combine them into a single shipment customer service reached out to let me know they would do that and refund the additional shipping I didn t even have to ask

Not A Great Start But Ends Well

What started out as an exiting purchase soon went terrible wrong Let me be clear it was definitely not the fault of Artsy but it was the sellers errors which caused the confusion Once the errors were identified by myself and Artsy The recovery plan went into effect and Artsy immediately sent me back all money owing to me from my original purchase Even though I didn t get what I wanted it turned out to be a reasonable positive experience Plus I learned a lesson This would have never been possible if it wasn t an employee from Artsy named Isabel She made me feel very confident that everything would be resolved Day in and day out she kept me up to date with everything and finally with the refund She was very understanding and reassuring throughoutA real professional Thanks Isabel

Technical customer service at Artsy is thorough They care about excellence

Technical customer service at Artsy is superb I was lucky to find fantastic partner help specialist Ellen Wolsey She and her colleagues really care about my experience as an OCD collector and have worked promptly on suggestions with professionalism and desire to be excellent not just good I already use the app for most of my collecting But the amazing support is what keeps me a happy partner

In the end all went well -

UPDATE The problem was fixed very quickly after submitting this review Though the mail had been sent properly it was not received The team reacted very quickly and in a very supportive way thanks for that -- Old Review --Not trustworthy don t use it I bought a piece of art but decided well within 24 hours to cancel the purchase Got in touch with the gallery telling them to not ship it This is perfectly ok Then according to terms of use instructed artsy via the respective email address to revert the purchase within the 24 hours timeline And never heard back No reply Not even after 4 mails and 4 days Absolutely nothing This looks like a scam and I advise to keep your fingers from it

My past experience in using various online forms to send a request for more information has typically been receiving a response in a few days maybe a week maybe never How about receiving a response in 5 hours Yes stunningly I got an incredibly speedy and thoroughly informative response from Emily Artsy Support just 5 hours after I had submitted a question Wow is right

I recommend at 100 Artsy Their team has been absolutely so professional quick and following all the process when I am buying art with Artsy through the Galleries proposed by ArtsyI had sometimes some complications when i bought Art like deliveries etc but each Time Artsy and the sellers the art galleries have been ALWAYS so Kind and Quick to arrange any problem I am a Fan of Artsy
