Flawless delivery and service

Judging by other reviews my experience may be an outlier but the Asendia delivery arrived on time as per the online schedule in perfect condition It was securely packaged and contained all the ordered items in the new condition as described The Asendia online tracking provides only basic information but it appears to have been accurate The delivery itself was a five star performance I am a completely satisfied customer

I use Asendia for international shipments I ve used them for you few years I ve had problems yes I ve also had problems with USPS FedEx and UPS Asendia is as trustworthy as the rest of them judging by my problem rate vs my delivery rate Since I replace deliveries that go awry out of my own pocket I WOULD NOT use them if they were less trustworthy than general

Lori has for our entire customer service team provided quick and thorough help with issues that we never would have been able to solve ourselves We are an international business that has experienced a wide range of shipping and customs issues and Lori has made herself to be an invaluable asset to our team We will inevitably continue to rely on Asendia s help with frustrating matters but we know that with Lori we are in good hands Thank you so much on behalf of our CS team
