Rude person over the phone SCAMMER

Rude person over the phone do not want to provide invoice receipt for the money I have paid I have broken down today and submitted my details to a compare recovery website When they initially called they said it will cost 120 They said they took 20 deposit over the phone They said the driver will be with me in 25 minutes He arrived 45 minutes later When called to settle the rest of the payment I have found out they have taken 25 from accout and i am still have to pay 120 They have increased the price just like that They insisted I pay cash or bacs even if the initial payment was with a credit card They spam called me and yelled at me over the phone and they do not want to provide a invoice or receipt Their price was double than other companies contacted me
