I had a messed up shipment a while back

I had a messed up shipment a while back and didn t receive an item that I purchased I was not timely in getting back to backcountry about the mishap however when I called customer service they were extremely kind to me and fixed my problem within a minute Kaitlin Poulter was absolutely fantastic

I have ordered items multiple times from Backcountry Shipping is always fast and I always receive what I expect I had to exchange sizes in a pair of snowboarding pants once and their customer service was awesome to work with I had the new size in hand two days after calling them even though they didn t receive the old size until a few days later

I ve had nothing bu positive

I ve had nothing bu positive experiences with them and I tend to return items about half the time Their customer service is great because they are one of the only online retailers that answer the phone right away Their steep and cheap site has the best deals I ve found on surf gear and shipping speeds rival amazon

Great experience Ordered a pair of tevas and a kavu duffel bag with 2 day shipping Was terrified after reading the reviews on this site However with a few hours I had a tracking number and received both items in perfect condition within 2 days AND they had better prices on both items than other websites Would totally recommend buying from this company

LOOOOVE this company

I m pretty shocked that there are any negative reviews of Backcountry at all I do a fair amount of camping hiking and as such buy a lot of gear from several online companies and I find Backcountry to have comparable prices excellent shipping and easy return policies PLUS they have quite possibly the best customer service I ve ever experienced LOOOVE this company would recommend them to any and everyone and definitely plan to continue doing business with them

I have to say I am so impressed with the customer service of this company They are awesome You talk to a real person within seconds and they are super helpful I purchased the pink flight deck googles and they were lighter than the picture They said no problem sent me an RMA and free shipping label literally within seconds of being on the phone with the representative Would definitely recommend making a purchase from this company
