very very bad bank stay away from them they just blocked my card and account with all my money there and I am abrud i cant use my own money they blocked me from my app i called them they seied that they will call me back at the same day until 7 pm but no one called me back and I just spent about 200 euro this call then I called them again they said that they spacial team will call me back in 7days but again I didn t hear from them again this bank should not exist in our world stay away

Would you trust them with your money
Would anyone trust their money to a bank like that The Chat is available at what appears to be Israel time but nowhere could I find what hours they would be available After numerous Are you available to Chat back and forth and my request for the hours getting another robot answer I gave up The email address on this FB page bounces - couldn t be found If you go to their website and call the phone numbers given there they all lead to automated and completely unhelpful messages Emails to the bank from their website only receive automated responses and promises to contact you in 2 days It s been 11 days so far - nothing And by the way if you click on FB from there it tells you the page does not exist So on top of everything else I think this page is a scam and fishing operation But don t worry these criminals are just as inept as the bank If you try to reach them via the customer service help form on the website it rejects any and all phone numbers entered - local Israeli valid numbers So the form never goes anywhere This bank should get a prize for its ability to stop anyone from getting help And I understand that if you live in Israel and wanted to go to your bank you have to make an appointment first Somebody actually commented Thank you for my review Seriously you couldn t invent stuff like that

For two months I am trying to solve a lost password problem from abroad Numerous email - without replyNumerous phone calls - no one to help WhatsApp- someone not in a Position to identify herself asking me to download an app not from Hapoalim with tracking functions My step daughter on location for over one hour at the branch and a letter of authorization with the solution to come to Israel or to go to the consulate This is far from service this is unnecessary administrative work for their incompetence

Foreigners Avoid Bank Hapoalim
I would like to discourage any foreigners from choosing Bank Hapoalim as their bank while living in Israel I have been a student in Israel for four years and have had an account with Bank Hapoalim Their service for English speakers is almost nonexistent To get anything done - from visiting the branch navigating the portal or calling phone support - bankers are reluctant to help you if you do not speak Hebrew I currently need to change the phone number on my account as I am abroad I need to change the number as the website requires an SMS verification for most actions I have sent a message to the banker in my portal and the response was We only provide service and responses in Hebrew The phone support menu is only in Hebrew so I could not get in contact with anyone there Basically my money is in the bank and I don t have access to it and am not able to get in contact with anyone at Bank Hapoalim who is willing to help me I d like to say this is a one time problem but I have faced this throughout my four years as a customer there It s very scary to have your money with an institution who will not support you or at least provide you with contact information If a representative from Bank Hapoalim reads this I would very much appreciate being contacted to solve the matter

Customer service has hung up the phone on my 6 times They have no service for non Hebrew speakers Their automated line doesn t give enough time to enter responses Can t create an id and password to connect on the internet with my account Too many problems to list here

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service No support in English - even their contact details for overseas customers Cant get hold of anyone or transfer money electronically as a non resident Closing the account down but will have to wait until I am next in Israel They obviously don t want to be bothered with non residents or non hebrew speaking customers

Quite honestly the most incompetent bank I ve ever dealt with No respect for their clients or their time tell you to come without an appointment just to make you wait for an hour and tell you they can t help with maximum rudeness Don t touch this bank with a 10KM pole
