My experience was okay

My experience was okay but it was really difficult to get in hold of them on the phone It would have been better if they had it clear they do not offer phone support and have a very good ticketing system to deal with enquiries or returns Anyway my order was delivered the price was good so I cannot complain in that area I hope they improve a bit their processes but if you consider the good prices maybe that is a trade-off you can live with

First time to use Bathroom-House co uk to purchase a Chrome Square Telescopic Rigid Riser Shower Rail Kit with 2 Way Diverter Valve Reasonably priced arrived within 72hrs not next day Easy to fit and more than happy with the product and from my experience would order again I did actually review the product on your website but it was never published and also sent an email concerning their web security In this day and age you should not be sent an email with your username and in particular the password in plain text in the email Never received a response to it But hey ho it was a unique one so if you create an account with them make sure you use a unique one not one used on other sites

Overall happy with product

Good customer service had placed an order using an old postcode this was quickly rectified Goods arrived on date originally stated but there was no confirmation and nothing to say they had been delivered and they were just left outside my back door House was been renovated at time so if I hadn t have checked wouldn t have known A couple of the panels were damaged but the produce it self was good

We ordered 4 bathroom suites from Bathroom House and all delivered on time - no issues and the delivery came almost immediately All lovely products and the staff were all so helpful Bathrooms look fabulous and Zoey has been amazing throughout Easy to contact and regular updates about delivery times Would certainly order more products from this company

Very Good Service - Would Recommend

We recently replaced a shower room and main bathroom and bought all our furniture fittings etc from Bathroom-House Price-wise they are very competitive There were a couple of hiccups but nothing that couldn t be put right quickly Very good customer service from Zoey and the team

Ordered the Belmont traditional bath shower mixer tap with rigid riser shower rail Been looking for this type for a long time now It was on sale so paid considerably less almost half the price compared to other retailers Postage was reasonable 10 for a large item next day delivery Dispatched same day and received next day Packaged well Handyman not entirely happy with quality but we think it is as expected for the price we paid Can t comment on Customer Service as there was no need for us to contact them We are happy to recommend the company based on our experience

Excellent Customer Service

We went to bathroom house because we were given a recommendation When we got there a young lad named Jake dealt with us He was extremely patient mild mannered willing to go that extra mile for his customers Overall I would give him 10 10 His Customer Service was excellent We got everything from bathroom furniture to the toilet flush They were very accommodating

Purchased thermostatic bath taps and shower unit from Bathhouse after other unit on another site ran out of stock order placed for next day delivery Arrived by 11am so could fitted that day Great service would use again Thanks

We ordered a sink unfortunately deliverd in multiple pieces thanks to DPD Thought here we go but bathroom house sorted a replacement and delivered within 2 days of my notice of damaged sink great service and items as listed

Bathroom purchase

While I was randomly invited here to write a review I will say this that I bought the required items and at a good price I have not had any issues as such at the moment it s only been a couple of months since being fitted as the fitter was busy for 5 long months These items were professionally fitted so if there people leaving negative comments thst could be due to them having a go and hey presto blame game anyway I have left my opinion and that should help whether or not people buy from this company or not but I will since it all went smoothly from start to finish
