I purchased a York porcelain 800mm basin cabinet for our new en suite This make model was the same as for sale by another well know company but cheaper at B-H by about the delivery price As I have had delivery problems with other companies in the past I spoke to Customer Care on making my online order Rebecca took on board my concerns and kept me informed of the progress Bearing in mind that for an order they have to deal with two third parties on the customer s behalf Delivery date can change so giving yourself plenty of lead time before the item is required is good practice Rebecca let me know that the item would be delayed by one day from the manufacturer The following day she let me know that the delivery company could not deliver until the following day In both cases I was given 24 hours notice to rearrange my time The item did arrive and I checked out out on arrival day Always a pain as the boxing packaging and item take up space until the item is fitted The plumber came today and fitted without any issues It looks great with a nice wood-grain finish both inside and out Rebecca deal with the delays that were due to the third parties and a prompt and polite manner

Had a delay after an issue with the taps Received an apology and have been assured that my query will be resolved

Customer service was excellent but what let you down slightly was I paid for delivery in 3 - 5 working days and it took 7

Excellent service and delivery Slightly disappointed with the shower set received as online advert stated materials as chromed brass but the wall mountings are actually painted plastic Maybe my issue as I should have contacted Bathroom House to confirm the parts details Otherwise on first inspection the set looks to be good quality - until fitted can t comment on the operation

Items came really quickly unfortunately a few items were damaged but rang the company spoke to Zoey and she replaced the items she was really easy to speak to and helpful New items came all good thank you

I scoured the Internet to find what I was looking for Thankfully Bathroom House had it and it was at a great price Delivery was super quick Would definitely use them again

The quality of items was really good the toile seat is amazing the hung cabinet is a fantastic buy Was disappointed by the floating toilet which was a nightmare to fit Budget shouldn t mean incomplete or unclear instructions

Absolute bargain prices Delivery was good and I was kept updated I required a return this was handled well There was a delay in processing this though 1 month but the communication was good and it was sorted out so cannot complain about this I would definitely use them again and recommend

Important Update II I have now received my refund and an apology Important Update This company needs to pay Zoey a lot because she is a super effective customer contact my rating is a three from a one it will go up again when the collection and refund takes place My advice don t use email - call - Original Post Ordered two units both arrived well wrapped and padded so you may imagine the shock at discovering the bathroom laundry unit had been put together so badly it was missing several fixings and the draw was notably fitted skewed and the cistern unit had clearly been dropped these were packed in this condition and sent out I have been chasing for weeks with little or no response and no refund

The packaging of the item I ordered was damaged and a fitting kit was missing I contacted Bathroom House by email but heard nothing after 3 days so called them Sent some photos of damage and a new item was sent out and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction
