A genuine company who kept their promise

Very good company to deal with I ordered an item mid-day on 23rd December Before doing so I rang customer services just to check if next day delivery was possible given the next day was Christmas-Eve I was given a promise that the item would be delivered next day Low and behold 8am the following day the item arrived Flawless Service

Fantastic company

Well all I can say is Bathroom House and particularly Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to deal with Nothing was to much trouble for her I had to change my order around last minute and Rebecca was so accommodating If only more online companies had the likes of Rebecca working for them then online purchasing would be a blast She is definitely in the Xmas card list Keep up the great service you give Take care and stay safe Jazz

Excellent service

Very very pleased I was struggling to get this item as most places have to order directly from the supplier I phoned beforehand to make sure that it was in stock the customer services advisor was very pleasant and helpful The item was delivered exactly when he said it would be it was extremely well packaged to prevent any damage

Bath taps

After choosing some taps for our bathroom I ordered them around 12 midday and chose next day shipping They arrived before midday in great condition I was very happy with my experience and would definitely think of using them again

I have bought several items from bathroom house The prices were excellent happy with the quality and they have been very responsive and helpful with exchanges I have found them much easier and more pleasant to order from than large companies such as Victoria plum Rebecca from the Tram has been particularly competent and helpful and always responded immediately to my emails Thank you

I read some of the reviews before I made my purchase and some were a bit disconcerting The fact that Bathroom House replied explain and mentioned improvements they had made I decided to give them a go Well I m very glad I did the delivery was in two parts and very quick I checked everything which was well packaged and I am happy to say the products are lovely We haven t fitted everything yet but I am very happy with the service I received

Bought a bath panel from Bathroom house and the staff were really helpful in explaining sizes etc Really good price and excellent quality Was surprised to see how many other things they sold Flooring tiles etc Would not go anywhere else now Excellent quality and service

Thank you for supplying and sending my new taps - arrived with DPD - kept to an hour slot time and all good Ignore any negative feedback as my experience has been smooth and I have been kept informed all the way from ordering to delivery
