I ordered next day express The posted me the wrong item then it was a further 2 days before I received the correct item Despite their error and my time constraint they would not resend the item until I drove to a postal depot to return it and by the time I got there and called from outside the shop they told me I d missed DPD so wouldn t be posted until the following day

Ordered products before no issues until I ve reordered a tap hose and shower head I ve had before BH sent the right taps but no hose or head They are currently not answering their phones and ask you to email and you should get a response in 5 working days Its now coming up to 10 working days and no response I recommend not buying anything from them until their phone lines are back up and they have proper customer service as they clearly have virtually none right now

Update on previous review taps arrived eventually no gesture to reduce premium next day delivery charge to standard charge or to refund all delivery charge as received outside standard delivery window Instructions did not refer to the pillar taps ordered - they related only to a range of mixer taps Video promised by customer services but not receive by email Further request made for written instructions Nothing yet received

You didn t have the product advertised You took payment offered next day delivery and then later on the day of purchase informed that you couldn t fulfil your commitment For a customer organising Next Day Delivery and paying extra for Next Day Delivery - you could assume that Next Day Delivery was important If you don t have the product for Next Day Delivery BE UPFRONT ABOUT IT

Hi thereI recently sent an email about a refund on an item returned back in July I don t seem to have had the refund or a reply Also the bath shower lever on BC404DL which I fitted back in July is now very wobbly and feels like it is going to break It would be good to hear back from you asap Thanks

About charging 5 99 for delivery is lots of money you didn t give options to have delivered between 3-5 days and was nearly hundred pounds Wasn t 2 99

Okay I m going to be honest about my review firstly I purchased shower unit and taps for 150 on eBay over a year ago this came with a 10 year warranty in my opinion thats a really good deal Not forgetting money talks I could ve bought a 400 unit but the choice was mine to purchase the cheapest option unfortunately just over a year I had a few problems with the shower mixer valve seizing and the shower head slightly rusting I could not dismantle the upper shower unit to replace the parts due to limescale corrosion and screws seizing to the brackets which was causing me a few problems with rust dripping onto the bath no real damage was made when I spoke to the lovely young lady on the phone she was very helpful and sweet took the time to call me back and update me fortunately a few wrong parts were sent which I had to make several calls to explain and send photos to get resolved the errors were resolved very quickly It just meant I had to wait a little longer in the end we got there so therefore putting it into consideration the amount of money I spent in a 10 year warranty I m very satisfied with the help and support I received in the grand scheme of things there are hundreds of shower units and parts errors can be made people just need to be a patient and understanding and work with the supplier i m not disappointed with my experience with this company but just happy they helped me to get my issue resolved another positive thing I still have another nine years and that is a reassurance should anything go wrong I can always go back for help Thank you all for your help Mr Mutti

Excellent service good customer service

Happy with filters for my boiling tap arrived on time in good order a tad expensive for a near basic carbon paper filter which works out at around a quater of the price of the boiler and am in a soft water area so am considering not replacing and just replace the boiler when it fails in 4 years as the last one did

I enjoyed a very satisfactory service from Bathroom-House co uk and have no reservations in recommending other customers to take advantage of their services The communication by Rebecca their Customer Services lead was prompt and thorough and she kindly arranged the easy return of an unwanted item using their delivery agent It was a pleasure doing business with a company that takes every effort to satisfy their customers and I only wish all suppliers I use had similar high standards
