Bought various items for a customer at a good price 1 part was damaged due to poor packaging Contacted customer services and 2 weeks later still not even looked at the case this has now delayed the completion date of the job In the end I ve had to purchase a replacement from heat and plumb that were excellent Summary great pricesAbsolutely shocking customer service to that didn t care 1 part Don t think I d use them again purely down to the service Victoria plum and Victorian plumbing may be slightly more expensive but the customer service and delivery is far superior

BE WARNED - PURE THIEVES I bought the shower of 307 Not only did they sent me the wrong one but deducted 77 when refunding After 2 months of my exhausting chasing up emailing calling picture sending etc they approved my return I returned all parts in an unsealed unused condition and they deducted 77 for 1 part being packed in a different cradbox This is a one man show not a company person called Zoey there seem to be no other people there I wished I had read the reviews I have reported them to the Trading Standards

Very poor customer service and contact I m still waiting for a refund Staff have failed to make contact in over a week They ve tried to deliver to the wrong house They tell you at 9am that they will deliver later that day which is no good for those of us who work You need to chase them for delivery days though It s a safer bet to go elsewhere I ve had to get credit card and citizens advice involved now

Purchase expensive taps shower combo Taps were ok but shower extremely poor quality cheap materials and leaked from both fittings Plumber advised of poor quality tubings fittings so had to purchase more from elsewhere which worked fine Contacted company who do not reply Avoid at all costs do not purchase from here

Wish we had looked at the reviews here before using this firm Around 2 days after ordering was told one of the items was no longer in stock so had it exchanged with a similar item Took several more days to dispatch the order On arrival the shower tray was damaged in pieces After very slow communication had another shower tray sent which was also cracked and unusable Either poor materials or very poor packing delivery methods

Horrendous delivery comms and service same day notification of dispatch and delivery so if you work be prepared to stay at home for the 3-5 days if you go for their economy service their words delivery or just pay up front the 40 delivery fee and save yourself the hassle as delivery options are just and extra charge to the order I wasn t in a hurry to get order so choose a less speedy order option no a lesser service Also no large item delivery on a Saturday Good luck

The item was missing parts handle screw contacting the customer service by email proof picture missing asking if is possible to arrange another delivery with missing part and them reply to me next day someone will be in touch with me on next 2-3 days after 5 days I send again another email asking what s going on of course them asking me to send some picture proof with missing parts was send from first email and if passing more then 24 hours delivery arrive them cannot offering any help regarding my item was passing around 10-12 hours until the job was complete then I realise when the handle screw missing I ask them to sending the missing parts and them sed I have to return the item and will refund the monay Explain to them the item is ready installed and cannot leave the customer without water until the issue is fixed No one contacted me anymore

If you want to order from a company that shows items in stock then once you ve paid let you know three days later it isn t in stock Then send an email to say they are short staffed and someone will email you in approximately five days and once they have emailed you saying a refund would take approximately 28 days to process And to date I still haven t heard anything no response no email no refund This company is an absolute joke

Urgently purchased new tabs due to leak that required immediate replacement Received damaged product superficial chip to spout not that would cause further leaking Contacted immediately and 7days later still no response Due to only having 1 bathroom I installed out of necessity 21days later received a response to email with photos clearly of damage stating they would not replace until faulty goods were returned Of course I am not able to do so as would leave ne without a working shower bath After many back and forth emails they advised only able to issue a 10 refund a gesture of goodwill not because product was damaged which I very reluctantly accepted This was 13th February and 5 weeks later still no refund despite chasing Customer service is rude and very slow to communicate I do NOT recommend

Received a pop up waste not the measurements the website said and would not fit Contacted them several times via email first reply was you should receive a response within 5 days chased several times and no reply This was purchased now over two months ago and still no response I Would stay well away from this company the customer service is shocking
