BBB has nothing to do with government

BBB has nothing to do with government run websites and accreditations They are a private company run on member fees They hide behind a facade of fancy nonsensical badges they invented themselves claiming to be something important and essential They are not Do not get hanged up by the fancy office calls from them Better yet get on the class action suit to finally bring the end to this The reviews are fake I tested myself All you need is a valid email and you write as many fake and damaging reviews as you want There is absolutely no background check But then again - BBB is just another review website like Yelp but for old people They have zero authority to call you or to publish your info without your explicit permission just like any other website Again - class action suit needs to be filed asap

Apparently the bbb allows for

Apparently the bbb allows for businesses to pay for accreditation if they want an A then that costs a certain amount All this time i was thinking businesses actually were earning this through reviews and how they respond to customers nope What a crock of shtt they re also sensitive lol I put in my complaint that i don t know who at the bbb is considering a complaint is invalid for fraud I spoke with someone over the phone and she said this is the reason it was considered invalid and they like to keep it professional haha Yeah whatever they re so full of themselves Don t think that they re tied to the Gov t because they re not They re regular old people who came up with a way to make money off of businesses I m wondering for this review do i need a receipt for the bbb transaction in order for tp to post it lmao

The website is a joke

The website is a joke the info on any buainess as officially decided by the BBB is Confusing and apparently contradictory In bold red letters it says A rating the highest rating avalible at the BBB This business is not accredited It says this is not accredited twice on the page To me you cant give something your highest marks for being the best With no higher rating possible while stating dont trust the business we have not accredited them No explanation is made about what accreditation is But it does clearly state that customer reviews are not used in determininhg the rating The BBB is about understanding what dealings a business has had and what people have experienced with it But lets be clear If your writing your complaint where other visitors to the site will be able to read your complaint this makes it a review not a complaint Your negative experience you came to log for others to se and steer clear means this opinion will not count in the evaluation of the businesse s Reputation and business practices If your writinhg about it your not complaining to them about it this rating can literally be the highest possible rating because no reviews counted as complaints while they are sure to tell you this business is not accredited with no explanation of the difference between the two Lastly There is absolutely no way to leave feedback to the BBB about itself Even the attempt to file a complain about them to them with their own form is stopped when you dont have a proper location for the BBB website The complaint form cannot be filed or even begun until the right location for the business has been found in their database TRhis website Is the worst excuse for a business practices tracking site that can possibly exist Do yourself a favor and just hit yourself with a hammer to the head You will get more value out of that act
