FULL Resolution within 1 week

Contacted Better Business Bureau early Sunday morning after 4 months of waiting for money from a cancelled flight and by that Thursday the full flight refund was in my account Outstanding service and communication

Hidden Treasures

I visit Burke Decor weekly they have very nice furniture and unique gifts I enjoy going in to see the different items and talk to the friendly employee s I will definitely do some of my Christmas shopping here

Leaving my Timeshares forever

Lonestar Transfer Company was very helpful getting me out of my TIMESHARES I had several and I signed a contract with them in Feb or March 2021 They were DEED FREE deeds were out of my name befoer Jan 2022 They were very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the process I had tried many others over the last 4 years and they just took my money and I never heard from them again from trying to sell them even rent them and the other businesses just took my money and ran I can finally relax and not have to burden my kids with the taxes and maintenance fees that were attached to the timeshares for there are no more timeshares in my name and thanks to Lonestar Transfer I can rest in peace Thank You Lonestar Transfer

Excellent Solar Installer

Having worked with Defense Contracts for many years I have never seen a company with such outstanding qualities as Main Street Solar From their management to the installers I have found them to be knowledgeable friendly helpful honest and professional in all aspects of the project The installers work as a team and clean up after completion They priced their system at half the cost for the same size than one of the top national solar installers I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for solar system installation

I had problems with a cable and internet provider after my Mom passed away with canceling service and being double billed after trying to get everything straightened out talking to multiple people with no results I filled out a complaint with the better business bureau and they finally straightened everything out After just seeing a comershal for the company that was unwilling to do the right thing it made remember how much the better business bureau helped me

They got me my refund from a scam company

I contacted the BBB for help with getting a refund I was entitled to through a terrible scam travel company I provided them proof of my purchase and gave information on how often I had been calling the business and their responses to me About a week later I got an email from the BBB saying they had reached out to the business The business contacted me that day and sent a confirmation email that I would be reimbursed I was reimbursed on my card the next day I honestly don t think I would have ever gotten my money back had it not been for the BBB
