Low key scam BBB charges outrageous amounts for an accreditation that means nothing Literally It s pay to play with BBB they have created a false image of being a government organization Credibility is dying every day Sorry for the rant I don t want to hate on them but it s sad Just google BBB reviews and experiences

Can t be trusted

The BBB is a total scam and will continue to give the most corrupt companies around 5 stars because they are paying members of the BBB I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because you can weed out some bad companies but only the ones who don t pay off the BBB My personal advice would be to either research thoroughly or avoid companies that advertise they are members of the BBB this apparently only means they pay them off to get good reviews

Well were do I begin

Well were do I begin My wife and I bought a jeep from a friend and was a nice looking and reliable vehicle So we talked it over and decided to buy the vehicle So after the purchase we had our machanic look it over He told us we had purchased a great jeep so we were very excited to hear we did good on the purches I took it for a drive and stop at a few place auto zone gas station ect I enjoyed the vehicle and the day and then started to heart a little knock when put it in park or when into drive I called dodge on rate 6 in our area but they were all booked up so decided to call ford We made an appointment and 11 days later go to pick it up and was stunned at what I was hearing and soo madddddd that my jeep was worst than when dropped off on top of it the result of the issue being fixed never happened So I left it there to get the issue resolved and got the run around Im still with out my jeep till this day and it s been well over three mounths We paid 2 900 plus and we are out a vehicle and never was offered a rental how professional is FORD EMPIRE on Mt pleasant and there main there main focus is making customers satisfied well that is a bunch a crapppppp Thanks bryan

God bless the Better Business Bureau but their website is prehistoric It is not phone friendly I was just on there trying to file a complaint Their website no longer works with a common Chrome-based browser The links kept redirecting me to the wrong places So I tried Chrome but that didn t work at all for some reason Wow

Gainesville Mechanical Inc Todd LowreyRecently purchased a house with two-zone heat pump systems located in the attic space Wanted to minimize possibility of damage resulting from water leakage After a couple of hours researching the internet for information and customer reviews on HVAC companies servicing my area I decided to call Gainesville Mechanical Inc Large number of reviews with the majority being positive Todd Lowrey came out yesterday This was a great response time since I only called for an appointment 5 days earlier I explained what I needed and he immediately started inspecting the two systems One of the systems checked out perfectly Todd discovered the other system had an undersized filter which had dropped out of the slot and into the space below Therefore there was no filtering of the air for some time Todd pulled it out vacuumed out the space and thoroughly cleaned the evaporator coils He then installed a new correctly sized filter He then inspected tested and cleaned the outdoor condenser units I asked him about the testing of the drip pan drain pipes and he told me he had blown air into them and found them to be clear After telling him of my concern regarding condensation collecting in the pans should the tubes become clogged he suggested a condensate detection switch After he explained the different types I agreed to Wet Switch Flood Detectors These are devices which if any water is detected in the pans will automatically shut off the systems This gave me a great sense of relief knowing I need not worry about the pans overflowing and causing very costly damage to the ceilings and rooms below Todd was great Very friendly knowledgeable experienced and professional His visit resulted in a large weight lifting from my shoulders regarding any concern with the service maintenance and dependability of my HVAC systems I highly recommend Gainesville Mechanical Inc and Todd Lowrey for your heating and air conditioning system needs
