Excellent service and products

Found exactly what I needed on their well stocked website price was excellent Website prompted me to look at accessories that I needed to complete my purchase A follow up email was received asking if I required any further accessories before the order was processed and dispatched to me I received confirmation of delivery the night before with a time slot so I could ensure I was available for delivery Driver confirmed by text that he was 5 minutes away from my property and placed my purchase within my hallway I checked contents and everything was well packed and protected during transportation to me

The choice and prices are amazing I managed to find everything that I needed to complete my new bathroom at a much lower price than the big trade suppliers were offering The customer service is second to none Danielle kept me informed every step of the way and resolved a couple of small issues I had with the order She was very efficient and professional a credit to Bella bathrooms

Pleased with my purchase

Before purchasing I needed to buy a toilet that would accommodate a left turn waste pipe After unsuccessful searching I came across Bella bathrooms The staff were extremely helpful and found a suitable match Today was the delivery I was kept well informed of the progress Checked the suite as best as I could All looks good Hopefully will be fitted next week very good company

Easy to order comfort height toilet

Easy to order comfort height toilet and then had an email asking if I needed a seat which I didn t but would have been a useful reminder if I d forgotten to order one Everything arrived within a few days and the driver who delivered them was not from Bella bathrooms but was lovely as well Would definitely order from them again
