Good price Poor delivery service

Good price poor delivery service Delivery paid for was not good They texted me 0629 to say delivery will be at 0700 This literally no notice This time slot needs notification the day before They deliver at the door and you have to find ways of taking the heavy stuff in Very unhappy

Extremely unhappy with the delivery

Extremely unhappy with the delivery which is the responsibility of Bella Bathrooms My large and very heavy shower screen and tray were delivered by one driver I had to help the driver into the house otherwise he was going to leave the screen in my front garden at first he simply kept looking at me and repeating how heavy it was The packaging is damaged in many places and so I signed the delivery note as unchecked because I was physically unable to confirm whether this poor standard of delivery had caused breakages

Good price slow shipping

I got a good price but the only shipping information on the web site was the price nothing about shipping methods and delivery times It turned out that delivery was quite slow

I did not get a text the day before

I did not get a text the day before delivery to give me notification of expected time I only had a text 5 minutes before by chance I was in as it was 7 25am in the morning

The product are good the ordering

The product are good the ordering process is easy but the after sale delivery info is not greatOrdered twice from this company and on both occasions had to chase the items and received no follow up info about the delivery slot other than it would be within 48 hoursDriver just turned up no text for the the delivery day or estimated time

Very small returns window

No problems Would give 5 stars if expected delivery date had been given sooner instead of just the day before Now dropping a star as the returns policy is very strict We had delays in our installation and consequently overran the meagre 14 day returns window Bella Bathrooms even refused to do a credit note which is the first time I ve seen a retailer do this Other bathroom retailers have longer windows and are much more flexible about returns We now have some parts that will have to go into landfill which is a shame

AquadartI purchased a Aquadart Aqualavo shower tray Unfortunately there was no stock of some of the waste fittings in certain colours and there was a 3 month wait for some colourways It seems strange that stocks of items that go together aren t synchronised I decided to compromise the colourway in order not to delay the shower installation The tray and compromised waste unit arrived on time and the delivery was well communicated Should all the waste options been available I would have given 5 Regards Gordon

The item I purchased was a branded shower mixer at a great price also I got a black waste pipe for my shower tray The reason why I give 3 stars is because of the courier service who left it at a local postoffice where I instructed them to deliver it to my neighbour house

Be aware it s only a 14 day returns policy

Only a 14 day returns policy this is quite tight when doing renovations as anything can change that is out of our control Needed to return something due to an unexpected problem slightly past 14 days and was met with a no additionally very unsympathetic tone Other companies have been much better with this and I have managed to sort returns with no issues lovely customer service Just something to be aware of when purchasing Positively - delivery was quick and reliable
