Really disappointed

Really disappointed Ordered a black slate shower tray to realise upon delivery the shower waste and grate were not included I called customer services to be told it needs to be bought separately but they had none in stock at the minute could be weeks months before re-stock Asked for an alternative solution but the shower waste and grate is specific to this model We were away following delivery of the item so missed the 14 day refund policy which were subject to us covering delivery costs to have the item refunded Customer services were not interested in trying to help or offer a solution Would not recommend

They advertise items as being in stock

They advertise items as being in stock and delivery within 2-3 days You wait more than a week for delivery and then check the website to note it now says due in stock in 3 weeks time so you enquire and they confirm that s the case They provided no delivery updates without being prompted and have provided no apology for messing me around Having a live and up to date stocklist is basic stuff for online retailers and it s frankly dishonest and a misrepresentation to incorrectly advertise stock levels not least because I cancelled an order elsewhere on the basis that ordering with Bella Bathrooms would see the goods delivered sooner Shan t be ordering from them again

Customer service rubbish

Customer service rubbish Rescheduled delivery but they still turned up on original delivery date I was told I d get an email the night before delivery of 2 hour delivery slot Instead got text message at some ungodly hour on the wrong delivery day Because I wasn t expecting the delivery I wasn t checking any messages I didn t realise what was happening until delivery person called to say he was half an hour away I was at work and no one at home to take delivery This company s prices may be cheap but you pay a high price in terms of your sanity Not worth it Bella bathroom s response is incomplete and inaccurate Not surprised

This company does not offer a returns

This company does not offer a returns service so be careful before you buy I mistakenly assumed that because the cabinet was delivered by a well known courier service that the same option would be available for a return - sadly not The only reason I want to return the item is because it s on very poor quality Really disappointing that I m expected to return a large bathroom cabinet myself via Royal Mail at my own cost PLEASE add this information on the checkout page for future customers so it can t be missed when purchasing

Don t use this company for online ordering

Don t use this company for online orders If you need to return an item the company are extremely unhelpful You have to provide your own courier service which will not insure ceramic items and its at a significant cost So if an item gets damaged which was the case for me then you loose your money Best to go with one of the big retailers where this situation won t happen

Sadly poor experience

The item I originally ordered and paid for was actually no longer available this took more than 2 weeks to be reimbursed even though I d been told money was on it s way I bought another similar item which turned out to be an incorrect size for what I required my mistake So I ordered the same item but in a different size I was told the delivery driver cannot take unwanted items even though he was dropping off and I had an item waiting to return So I m stuck with the item because it s large and heavy and has proved difficult to send back The people I spoke to over the phone are helpful but all in all quite a poor experience with this company If they reimbursed me when they said they would and take back unwanted items I would give them 3 or even 4 stars but I ve had a lot of messing around

Refuse to process refund

Refuse to process refund I ordered a pair of tap cartridges from Bella Bathrooms to fit in a customer s bath tap Shortly after I ordered our new baby was born which means I was off work for 3 weeks I then had to reschedule my jobs and and book back in the work When I went to fit the new cartridges I could not remove the old ones which meant I could not fit the new ones I contacted Bella Bathrooms asking to be allowed to return the unused cartridge back for a refund and explained my circumstances which explained why I had gone over the 14 day returns period I would have hoped they would of made an exception in this case and allowed the refund but they refused They explained they have a 14 day policy which I get but I would have expected some flexibility in this situation It s a real shame as I am a returning customer to Bella Bathrooms However because of this issues and very poor customer service I will no longer be using them

14 day returns policy is very restrictive especially with holidays etc and was out of the country for the majority of this period after receiving a delivery Upon return home I am advised I am unable to return due to this 14 day period Disappointing policy and stance by the company Unfortunately will not be using again

Would not recommend no customer care

I bought a shower cubicle from Bella bathrooms a while back it was out of stock everywhere bar on their website I contacted them directly and they assured me they had it in stock When I followed up delivery a few days later low and behold the door was out of stock I continued with the order of the rest of the shower as the workmen have been arranged and they told me it would come back into stock in the near future Several months went by and the door didn t come back in therefore I had no showering facilities at home and couldn t afford to buy a whole other cubicle I contacted them and explained the situation I asked them if I could return the untouched packaging and they refused to take it I emailed and sent a letter to the director explaining the situation and asked if they could have it back given the circumstances The reply was he s too busy and doesn t deal directly with customers I told Bella bathrooms I would be leaving this review I never leave reviews and their response was they would be replying with the truth I found them really unhelpful and there was absolutely no customer service whatsoever They had my money and that s all they cared about The buying process was absolutely fine but be weary if you have any issues following purchase as this was their major downfall
