A Company to trust and a real person to speak to

I have been with Bestinvest a very long time and found them to be very professional and everyone very knowledgeable in their field l have recently had my first coaching session with Harry Persad not knowing what to expect but after 45 minutes of talking to him he sorted out the problems I was having with regards my SIPP and he had all the answers I needed to help me First class service which was great to just have someone to make things alot clearer Highly recommended Harry

I have been an investor with Bestinvest for several years but had not taken advantage of the coaching sessions I had a very useful and informative session with Charlotte during which she explained patiently and in detail what Bestinvest could offer me and how I could approach risk-taking I now have a much better understanding of how the platform works and how I can take advantage of the options offered Also a very useful follow-up email Thank you Charlotte

Excellent service

Harry was prompt with his call and understanding of the information I wanted help with He was clear with his explanations and when there was a matter outside of his normal field of work he undertook to find out the information I required and came back to me with that information as he undertook to do He summarised all the information in an e mail which I have found useful to refer back to

Taylor at Best Invest was courteous efficient and professional from the offset The call was not overly long as I had dreaded and I completed all that I set out to do Taylor followed up as she promised and also arranged an account review with Josh Herbert the next day This was so beneficial given I had not spoken with any professional in years about my portfolio Superb service would definitely recommend Best Invest
