My coach Harry Persad was a really great guy who helped me better understand some previous choices of investments plus where on the Best Invest site to find information on top funds and performance data This has allowed me to more confidently consider and enhance my investment strategy A fantastic 45 minutes for which I am very grateful - a brilliant Best Invest service offering

Overall my favourite finance company I have held a self invested ISA a SIPP and several other investments with this company No company can deal with all requirements but this is very close for me Taylor from BestInvest went above and beyond for me today when I asked for some AML information Fantastic service

Coaching session

I had a coaching session over the phone with Josh He was very informative and gave me lots of information about risk factors and the difference between each ISA the different level of risk Iam new to investment and nervous about the choosing what s right But just had given the confidence to get started This was all followed up with am email laying out the information needed to open an account

I recently had a coaching session with Lydia Ellis who was really helpful She explained how I could review and balance my ISA portfolio which I have since done Following her coaching I was able research and understand the risks and costs of funds in my portfolio

A really helpful chat

I had a very helpful talk with Harry from Best Invest I needed some guidance on how to use their online platform and what certain financial terms meant Harry was able to help with almost everything and the couple of things he didn t know he has already got back to me with answers A really useful meeting

Impressive website and live coaching

Very clear website easy to open an account and the different types of accounts are clearly explained You can actually speak to a human being for a free session for 45 minutes to take you through your approach risk levels navigating the site and any other questions you may have Very impressive so far

Friendly and helpful service

Had initially had a very helpful coaching session before investing Now wanting to move things around but not quite sure how to do so I contacted the helpline and was assisted by Taylor to get everything sorted Very friendly and helpful service and find them a great platform to use

Help with bare trust

Harry a Bristol-based coach was very helpful despite my issues not being related to his role I got in touch almost as a last resort in trying to set up a bare trust It used to be a simple task dealing with London based staff but less so with the current decentralised staff structure
