Patient invested customer service

I got a very quick initial response to my query from Taylor She listened and quickly understood was patient in walking me through the online steps I needed to take - she didn t just leave me to work out how to add the info required via the app She then responded quickly again on the follows over the next few days till all was resolved I felt like she cared about helping me solve my issue rather than just signposting

I had a video meeting with Lydia

Having neglected my BestInvest ISA for years I had a video meeting with Lydia a week ago It was very useful and she followed up various points with a helpful email a few hours later As a result I ve made some changes to my BestInvest investments and I plan to make more She has rekindled my interest in making decisions about my investments and I m building up a list of questions which I will follow up in due course

Fantastic service

I have been incredibly impressed by BestInvest Having previously been with another provider I decided to switch on account of some bad advice BestInvest completed both transfers of an ISA and a stocks and shares account within a week with great communication 2 courtesy calls to keep me updated Since then their managed funds have been excellent as has the free coaching session Cannot recommend enough

We have been Bestinvest clients for 25 years the information and service received from them has always been without fault The most recent contact November 2024 related to the proposed changes in Inheritance Tax rules regarding pension funds The contact with Harry and the information received was sufficient to confirm my choices and the way forward with pension planning

Great customer service

I called the customer service for a question on transferring shares from another account Taylor was very helpful on the phone and later as a follow up My issue has not been solved yet but I feel like the Bestinvest team are on top of the questions asked which always makes me feel safe as this is not an area I have tons of knowledge

Very helpful advice and guidance

Harry was on time and very helpful to me as a novice investor He explained everything and answered my questions with thought and clarity So much so I was able to go online and make my informed choice of ISA investment with confidence

Digitising shares in paper-held form

I wanted to know if Best could process paper shares into the digital CREST form and apply them to my account Alicja knew how this happens and the paper shares were sent to Liverpool office Edinburgh office did a follow-up and were excellent but Liverpool not so good Could be labour s budget horrors overload
