Huge thank you

I was trying to locate a package I ordered from ebay with some difficulty I contacted Bluecare on Christmas Day as I was unable to make any sense of it To my surprise Sue replied explaining that although I bought something from ebay it would have been delivered in an Amazon package I had received it but the seller had sent us the wrong item I was delighted to get to the bottom of things and more impressed to receive a reply on Christmas Day - we ll done Bluecare and particularly Sue

This company is a Fraud Actually not

This company is a Fraud After not receiving the parcel from eBay and the tracking showing that the parcel was delivered I check on my doorbell no one was here This is a SCAM or by the company or by the delivery guys New update I managed to contact the parcels company and is actually legit And very helpful What happened was the seller from eBay was the total scammer and put me into this situation

WOW super fast delivery

WOW super fast delivery I placed an order on ebay UK on June 30th it was dispatched 1st July and received on the 2nd Super happy My only grip with them is update on tracking isn t immediate My order was delivered just before 5pm 2nd July and it only updated as delivered at past 2am in the morning that needs addressing other than that I m very happy

ABOVE AND BEYOND

Despite not being the responsible party Sue at Bluecare went above and beyond for me to locate a delivery that was lost between the supplier and seller Thanks to superb detective work and a die hard attitude Sue prevailed Now THAT S what I call service Bless you

Excellent service

I feel it s important to praise good service as well as bad and Bluecare Express certainly provided great service on this occasion Parcel showed as being left at front door but there was no sign of it Contacted Bluecare who responded immediately with a pic of where it had been left Turns out the parcel was addressed to a neighbours house some distance away and it was their door as shown in the picture Can t fault the delivery driver he delivered it to the address on the package which was addressed incorrectly by the sender All in all Bluecare Express we re efficient and professional and I can highly recommend them based on this experience

Amazing customer services

After experiencing a problem with an eBay transaction I contacted Bluecare the team couldn t have been more helpful the help I received was second to none and resolved within 24 hours of initial contact Everything was able to be dealt with by email and the matter resolved

Bluecare was very responsive

Bluecare was listed as the EBay shipper Bluecare brought it to my town but USPS did the last mile delivery I didn t know USPS was involved until Bluecare told me USPS said they delivered to my porch but instead it was put out of the way where I couldn t see it at my garage When I couldn t find the package on my porch I sent an email to Bluecare they responded quickly and told me about USPS doing the last mile So Bluecare did their job properly it was USPS that hid the package And when I had a question Bluecare responded quickly several times Bluecare got the package here very quickly much quicker than I expected

Invaluable help from Bluecare

Bluecare were nominated by a rogue EBay supplier as carrier of an item we bought The item failed to be delivered so approaches were made to Bluecare who investigated the scam fully for us Their help and written evidence of their findings meant that the full refund was made by PayPal without question Our experience of Bluecare is good but of the trader very poor indeed Thank you Sue and Peter at Bluecare for your invaluable help

Bluecare they really do care Well done Guys

I had cause to contact Bluecare to try to sort out a mystery and missing parcel They couldn t have been more helpful and speedy too Their emails responses were almost instant and we quickly got to the bottom of the mystery and bless their hearts even sent me a confirmation letter to help sort out eBay there are a few companies who could do with taking a leaf out of Bluecares book Again well done guys If I could score you higher I would
