My package had been delivered but we could not find it I reached out to customer service to report this and they got back to me the first business day and were very responsve I ultimately found the package -- my mistake

This is an excelent service I received a tracking number when my package was shiped and then when it was delivered I t was not dropped by the door but carefully delivered in my mail box Support gave me detailed instructions about it

this company was used as an alternative for an eBay purchase I made After seeing the other reviews I was a little concerned BUT they are trustworthy my item arrived on time

I was missing a parcel from eBay and got in contact with Bluecare who were supposed to be the courier They replied promptly and were very helpful and sent me a letter to say the parcel had not been delivered so I got a refund from eBay thanks to Bluecare

My first experience with Bluecare Express I d never heard of them before and it was only a recent purchase from eBay which brought them to my notice I ll admit that having read numerous negative reviews I was rather sceptical I needn t have worried The seller had sent me a tracking number so I was able to keep up to date Delivery was quick in spite of the driver being unable to leave the package at my door on Monday - no fault of the driver I hasten to add Most couriers - Royal Mail included if they put a new postman woman on the round - have difficulty locating my exact whereabouts even though I live in a built-up area I emailed Bluecare Express the next day to arrange alternate delivery and received a reply within a couple of hours The package itself arrived about two hours later I honestly cannot fault the service so well done Bluecare Express and thank you for getting things sorted out so quickly

Delivered as promised When I couldn t initially locate the package I reached out to them and they sent pictures of the delivery and where the package was left right away I didn t check the side door Overall very plesed with the experience and communication was excellent

It said my package was delivered to a safe place I was unable to find the package I thought maybe they dropped it off at the wrong place The seller on eBay was not helpful I emailed customer support through the website of the shipper They got back to me within 1 day They sent me a picture of where the package was left

I was unfamiliar with this service and unfortunately the reviews online were not good however I experienced no issues of any kind The tracking provided was accurate I was home and went to greet the delivery person and she handed me the package She actually waited for me to get to her about 200 away So I would recommend Bluecare express because of my experience on 4-3-23

I had given up my package as lost but I sent an email to find out if they had changed the tracking number and Sue very kindly helped me with what I required

These reviews are NOT FAIR I received my package ALLLLL the way in Trinidad and not only was it ON TIME I had a chat with Abbie a representative at Bluecare and the customer service was not only fast and reliable but SHE WAS THE TRUTH customer service on 100 You re probably reading these reviews like ok let me see if they re reliable and they are but you re seeing like 60summm percent saying Bad like honestly you can t please NO ONE like you sneeze too hard people gonna be like ok let me leave a bad review which ain t fair AT ALL to say the least I m 100 pleased with the service which was provided to me and trust me I also peruse reviews but the service I got yoooo it was 100 I ONE HUNDRED PERCENT recommend Bluecare Express
