New the package was coming so I stayed home Checked the tracking at 13 00 and found they had delivered it at 12 30 contacted bluecare who emailed me back and said it had been delivered checked the back garden and found it emailed them again said I d found it and asked why the driver didn t knock got a reply saying glad you found it and no apology for just leaving it

I had no idea that my eBay seller used this delivery service and this is the first time I ve ever heard of them I hope I never have an experience with them again because the delivery driver showed up to my place at 6 am no joke hit my apartment buzzer twice which woke me up then called me Yes I was angry Anyone with half a brain would be too

Where are the tracking updates It said it was in transit and the parcel was left at the front door this morning No one knocked A person walking by on the street knocked and let me know there was something outside Disappointed with the service

The latest comment which may be of help I bought an item very recently off ebay on Sat 24 04 On Mon 26 04 I got email late in the evening from ebay saying the order had been delivered 1 20 pm It hadn t been delivered as I was at home all day was actually having lunch at the alleged delivery time no door bell rang or knock on the door I looked at the tracking on the listing saw several entries showing it had travelled to points in Banbury then delivered to me I did not know of Bluecare Express but I do know now of course thanks to Trustpilot comments I raised a case in Ebay Resolution tickboxing the refund option not I still want the item cited in the message to seller box non-delivery for reason stated above Almost immediately ebay emailed me saying the seller had responded with an image of the tracking reference which of course showed item delivered The email had a header stating that the seller had updated the listing the item was on it s way that I could ask ebay to intervene starting on May 1st So I sat tight expecting that the item would not arrive pre this date like Hermes ebay would side with the seller deny a refund at that time Today 28 04 I heard a sound but didn t know what it was till I later opened my front door to do some gardening et voila there was a parcel sitting on the doorstep Of course I didn t see the driver So I closed the open case in the Resolution Centre So an unexpected happy ending as my header title says The reservation is that this purchase was removed from My Orders also from my Purchase History so if it came to it no negative feedback could be left I ve claimed for non delivery from sellers in the past this has not happened could it be then some ebay seller courier collusion to prevent this

This whole Amazon mystery might possibly be explained rather simply Amazon or Blamazon as I prefer to call them handles merchandise for MANY sellers It seems logical to think some of those sellers do business on eBay So just because it comes via Blamazon there may be nothing suspicious about it at all I ve heard of eBay items being shipped from Walmart as well As to just what Bluecare Express is like the rest of you I d never heard of it Looks like it worked out OK for some but not for others I am waiting to see if the package really will be delivered by 9PM today Sounds kinda like Blamazon to me UPDATE It did arrive and was delivered by a Blamazon driver in a Blamazon truck So as far as I know the entire matter was handled via Blamazon Can t see how Bluecare Express was involved in the transport process at all unless that is some sort of code name for Blamazon s delivery organization To me the big clue that it was coming from Blamazon was the delivery by 9PM thing - That s typical for their deliveries where USPS is 8PM The way the tracking entries were worded was another clue that pointed to them

Bought an item from a US seller via their website The seller initial said they didn t pay for tracking and when item never arrived they claimed they provided tracking via Blue Care Express which shows as the item being delivered to a letter box the item is too big to fit Update thanks to Sue They confirmed that the seller committed a clear fraud and shipped Fruit Pastels worth 51p and confirmed that the seller acknowledged that item shipped was not as ordered pocketing my money There is a clear deliberate abuse by drop shippers using Bluecare tracking numbers Confirmed by Paypal rowing problem Hopefully Sue and her team will be able to put some tougher measures in place to prevent this from happening It will certainly save Sue a lot of time tracing these dubious seller shipments

I bought something on eBay on 08 03 Delivered Sunday 08 04 That s the good I watched as they pulled in my driveway really dropped off on the front porch Tracking says it was left on the back porch That s the bad Take that for what it s worth

It stated that my item had been handed to resident but I had been in all day and hadn t even had a knock on the door After contacting ebayer was told to search my garden wich I already had but couldnt find it I did find it 2 days later stuffed down the back of my wheelie bin when I took my bin out Was in a small cardboard thing and was soaking wet through

Dropped the package at my door on time The reason of the average rating is that when tracked they claimed to have handed it directly to the resident which is a flat out lie Seems to be the norm with this delivery service I will not buy from any vendor the uses blue care in the future Bluecare has a bad reputation for poor service and poor communication
