I initially thought a package marked as delivered was not It was a mistake on my end but Bluecare was very fast and eager to help me sort it out Great experience Great customer service

So the package I ordered was delivered very much on time Ebay had not updated delivery and I missed that it was brought in already so when I inquired Sue was quick to reply and be ready to assist When it comes to getting help that is what matters most Thank you

I had a great experience with Bluecare Express I ordered my item on Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday afternoon which is super-fast The goods were neatly packaged and in excellent condition I would thoroughly recommend them to others

We are very thankful for the good customer support service we received through Bluecare when a delivery problem arose on a recent purchase Here s the history 1 Our package didn t arrive by the ETA date 2 We notified Bluecare customer service Excellent communication followed concluding our package was floating around somewhere in the USPS postal system 3 An express reshipment was issued along with tracking information 4 Not arriving again by anticipated ETA we opened a USPS case inquiry As best as could be ascertained the confusion occurred at point of AfterShip when tracking information changed 5 The package arrived a few days later in good condition

After reading the reviews i was a bit

After reading the reviews i was a bit worried my parcel wouldnt arrive But its here already 10 hours before it was due Fabulous service But man didnt wait for me to answer the door thats my only issue

Despite what others have said

Despite what others have said delivery was perfect yes an Amazon Prime delivery with a great driver and actually a day early I think the problems others are experiencing are the fault of the Amazon Prime driver and not Bluecare per se
