Wakefield branch review

When you re buying a major purchase like a new car confidence in the product is obviously important but confidence in the person selling is also key Kaden from the Wakefield dealership was fantastic Call me old fashioned but manners go a long way and from greeting us on the forecourt to opening the back passenger test drive car door for me he was a credit to the company His knowledge of the vehicle specifications initially we were considering 2 models enabled us to quickly narrow down the choice The dealership itself was well staffed with what looked like a good selection of secondhand cars outside - though as we were looking at a new MG we didn t venture out Availability of the car we wanted was excellent - just 2 weeks We felt the part ex price for our car was fair although in the end we sold to a family member instead This would have been a 5 star review but for one thing You can only pick up a new car here 9-5 Monday to Friday because they need an admin team member available This meant a days holiday from work A simple enough thing to solve for a perfect customer experience If I can reserve on a weekend I expect to collect on a weekend or after 5pm during the week We re loving the MG though the huge amount of extra technology on it may take time to master

We recently reserved a Seat Ateca and paid 100 After telling my daughter we had done this she said why didn t we buy hers as they were getting an electric vehicle Next day we went in to the showroom and explained and they processed our reservation fee 4 days later It s now in our bank Thank you Many thanks to Toby who gave us his time

Came in slightly earlier than expected

Came in slightly earlier than expected just as they were covering the car for the big reveal But we spoilt that The hand over was smooth and pleasant When it comes to customer service and keeping customers informed Forget about it if it wasnt for us ringing them we wouldn t have known when the car was being delivered In total 9 months from order date And not 1 call to say sorry but Nissan have moved your delivery date back and when we called yes we have a build date no call to say build date had been moved again When we visited them to see what was happening and hey presto a delivery date its on the transporter And no gestures of good will due to it being late there answer was we don t make money on the vehicle Not the best experience from CARS2 NISSAN and definitely won t be using the franchise in future

A very happy customer very good service I would recommend Cars2

I was initially buying a Nissan qashqai but then changed my mind after the paperwork was signed Sanam who was my liaison was very understanding and patient with me whilst decided my options I did in the end choose another car Sanam kept me informed and ensured I understood the finances as I was doing part exchange When I went to pick up my car Sanam was there to greet me and alongside his colleague Lewis who sorted out the final paperwork finances The cars was in excellent condition nice and clean

I dealt with Kaden and Scott at the mg garage in Wakefield and they were both really helpful and allowed me to get the car I loved I would definitely recommend this company

Got a great deal on a new Renault

Got a great deal on a new Renault Scenic E Tech Sam was very helpful and when he wasn t available to take my call his colleagues stepped in to answer my queries Only 4 stars because the advert which is still up on Autotrader claimed to have a car in stock at the price for the base model whereas they actually only had cars with optional paint at higher prices still a good deal Also because the manager called me to ask for a 5 star review

Neil a true gentleman and ambassador for the company

Neil came to collect the car and gave updates on his arrival He was on time courteous polite helpful a real ambassador for the company He was particularly kind to my elderly mother and seemed to understand how sad she felt at selling Neil is a credit to the company and the work force From Brenda and Karen
