We found car shopping very stressful

We found car shopping very stressful after visiting a couple of showrooms we came to cars2 MG wakefield and was met by Harry who listened and helped with everything we were looking for and was finished within an hour We will definitely visit again when we need to upgrade or replace our car

The communication was fantastic from enquiring about the Renault Clio Hybrid to delivering the car to my address There were 2 follow-up calls to see how I was getting on with the vehicle Kate Taylor also made a short video showing me how to change the ambient light after a follow-up call I highly recommend them to those who are looking to buy a vehicle

Delightful experience opened up my world now I have freedom to drive

From my first visit to the showroom Lewis understood my difficulties and found ways to overcome them The Nissan Qashqai best suited my needs because of the automatic handbrake touch start stop height of vehicle seating position Lewis helped set the vehicle up for me eg sat nav seat position auto lights auto windscreen wipers

Outstanding service at the Nissan site in Wakefield Staff are extremely friendly and helpful My van was repaired quickly as i needed it back for work They kept me updated on progress which was a great help as i am self employed Would definitely recommend Cars2 for any service repairs

Had an absolute nightmare after losing my main key and the spare I was supplied with on purchase not responding Paddy and Jeannette in the Service Centre at Huddersfield Nissan did everything they could to look after me from providing a courtesy car so that I could continue working to ensuring the repair work was covered by Nissan Thank you so much
