Do no trust this company I know many may read this and ignore but please save yourself the unnecessary stress these will cause you by mis selling cars leaving you without a car and leaving you in financial difficulty The GSM and SM along with the customer service manager are one of the same and exceptional rude inconsiderate individuals Be warned think again

Check absolutely every detail with this company on any car purchase Asked them to match a quote for the same car which another Nissan dealer had offered Unfortunately I believed they had and signed up and now the deal costs me 2k more Secondly we didn t collect the new car for 3 weeks due to holiday and in this period had made further finance payment on my current car When we came to collect the settlement figure was less however they claimed our trade in has reduced in value by this figure How convenient My advice look elsewhere and definitely avoid Cars 2 Nissan Huddersfield

We bought Suzuki Vitara 1 5 year ago and we were greeted by Francis He svade as to buy GAP insurance and told they are covering scratch marks When we notice after shopping some scratch marks on over car went to delar centre Charlesworth Way WF2 9SF were we bought car and staff member state it is nothing to do with them and never heard that covering scratch damage Rang to GAP insurance to clarify and yes they state they are not covering scratch marks So finally cars 2 Nissan Wakefield dealer centre staff especially Francis who left know lying and svading customers to buy GAP insurance as is part of delear centre business Finally we wasted money 345 for GAP insurance and 595 Won t recommend them to anyone and don t believe what they are saying and promissing to you better double check with insurance company and contract before you signed

They were terrible from start to finish They sold me an unsafe car and when I tried to return it not only weren t helpful after they had got the car back held onto the money for 2 months stopping me buying a new car The service in the garage and through head office is rude and unprofessional

Cars 2 MG BarnsleyWhat can l say my son and his girlfriend spotted an offer on their website of which they went into the showroom All seemed well agreed the deal and went out for a test runFinally the salesman after consulting his Manager then stated the detail on the website was an error so they wasted Almost 2 hours and walked out Sharp practice a terrible company you should keep away fromThey received a call today from the salesman saying the deal was still there but they would have to arrange their own finance unbelievable Needless to say they have bought an MG from another company in yorkshire

My Experience with Car2 Seat Wakefield has been terrible They sold me a car with several faults some I consider Safety related Trying to get these fixed just reveals how bad the dealership is They had my car for 3 weeks and still have nt got it back Communication terrible constantly braking promises Can t get to speak with Service or dealership Manager Allan Otley Director Owner Too many 1 Star s Everyone else stay clear

I would not recommend using Cars2 Barnsley They charge extortionate rates for simple jobs They changed a stork on my Renault for 558 and took 11 days After complaining to Renault directly they fobbed me off with the Barnsley garage being franchised and so they seemingly charge as they wish I was assured a senior technician was dealing with my car but after 11 days I would hate to think how long it would take a normal technician Wouldn t recommend to anyone and certainly won t be giving them any more of my custom Avoid unless you wish to be ripped off

I would not recommend Cars 2 Seat in Wakefield During my visit to their showroom for a test drive of a Seat Ibiza I found the young salesman to be helpful I made it clear from the outset that I would not be making a purchase decision on the day as I needed time to consider my finances I requested a part exchange valuation for my car and a finance quote for a new Seat Ibiza However when I mentioned that I would take the figures home to contemplate the deal the Sales Manager Craig Shepherd emerged from his office His demeanor was arrogant condescending and verbally aggressive He refused to provide the sales figures unless I committed to the purchase immediately I was taken aback by his unprofessional conduct Such high-pressure sales tactics are unacceptable and I will not be using Cars 2 in the future I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership

1 9k to to diagnose a fault is daylight robbery

I took my Renault Zoe to Cars2 in Barnsley because it wasn t charging After 1 hour they called to ask me to authorise another 2 hours at 144 an hour I explained that this was too much but they refused to offer a compromise The following day they called again and said they needed another 10 hours at the same rate in order to take the bumper off and locate the fault as apparently it wasn t the battery Every other car dealer I ve been to has charged a flat fee for diagnosis To expect a customer to pay 144 an hour for 13 hours 1 872 just to diagnose a charging fault on an EV is daylight robbery And that s before even fixing it No flexibility no understanding no attempt to help For this reason I would never buy a Renault EV again Oh and it s impossible to get through by phone Battery now flat

Liars and cowboys that need closing down

I called the dealership in Huddersfield and spoke to Ben about a Nissan Navara DV71 VFG The pick-up had some damage to the rear left bumper and Ben advised this would be fixed and he d also fit a towbar to the Navara They even sent me a video agreeing to fix the bodywork damage and fit the towbar We agreed the price and deal so a friend of mine set off from over an hour away in Liverpool to sort out the purchase When he arrived the manager changed his mind and said they WOULDN T fix the bodywork damage or fit a towbar as they promised in the video He complained about not making any money and bluntly refused to provide the deal his team had promised on video and over the phone This is illegal nothing more nothing less so I walked away I ve reported these cowboys to Trading Standards and hope these liars get shut down
