Wakefield Garage - very informative re spec of new car Not pushy and we negotiated a good price for a new car and our trade in Georgia handled the deal and although new had great people skills

Sales person was good and gave a great service however would have been better if he saw the process out and to end as a different member of staff handed the car over when collecting

The staff were very friendly and explained what they had found in the diagnostic test I was told that a part needed to be ordered and would take a couple of days to arrive and I would be contacted when the part arrived and I could take the car in to be fixed I was reassured that the car was fine to be driven in the meantime The only problem I found was that after several days I had to phone up to find out if the part had arrived and then I still had to wait for a couple more days before I was contacted to let me know that the part had arrived and I could book the car in to be fixed The car was finally fixed and again the staff were very friendly So it was just the communication and setting expectations that was a problem

From searching the website to booking a test drive and discussing a deal the sales man was courteous listened to my requirements and did his best to ensure I received a positive experience Knowledge of the specific car was very good and the purchase process relatively straight forward We were able to secure some variations to the deal which resulted in a more favourable monthly repayment value One week on we are delighted with our Hyundai Tucson 1 6 SE NAV diesel Thank you

Excellent warranty

Advised that my i140 had ball joint fault Booked into Barnsley 8-30 Very polite lady rang to say steering ball joint fine but gave full inspection and engineer found fault on steering column All done under warranty picked up at 3-30 car had full valet Thank you

My new second hand car

Absolutely love my new second hand car Had a few teething problems at the beginning but my sales advisor Aaron stepped up to the mark and sorted it all out for me 5 to Aaron and I hope he s still around when I m ready to change my car again And aftercare was pretty much the same so another 5 to the gent who showed me how to work all the buttons lol Thanks to all
