Car company plays tricks decieving buyers and wasting their time

Car company plays tricks and deceives buyers wasting their time I sat for a week waiting for information on a Kuga as a sales person told me they would get back to me asap with information on history Was agreed I would pay a deposit on advertised price once they gave me the info They hadn t responded in a few days so I rang To be told by another person this car is misadvertised due to an error It s actually 3000 more then a lying spiel of his the cars worth 3000 more it is not the current price was ok it was not worth 3k more I m sure this is actually illegal Click baiting

After sales service is shocking

I purchased a Jaguar E-pace from Cars2 in Wakefield on 16th November My initial experience was a positive one and I even left a 5 star review Unfortunately about 2 days after leaving my positive review less than two weeks of having the car I experienced a major mechanical fault and was unable to drive the car I emailed the dealership and received a phone call from Justin advising there was nothing they could do as the 30 day warranty only covered Cars2 repair centres and I live in Glasgow I contacted the 30 day warranty company directly and they referred me to a local garage for diagnostics but they later advised the part which was faulty isn t covered under their warranty The garage advised they couldn t carry out the repair as it needed a Jaguar specialist I eventually had to pay 410 to a Jaguar specialist repairer to get my car back on the road ASAP I raised a complaint through Cars2 and was contacted by Paul the franchise manager who advised there was nothing they could do as I d had the car repaired without speaking to them first I challenged him on this as I had contacted them as soon as the fault occurred and they washed their hands of it so I didn t see what choice I had than to arrange the repair myself and claim the money back retrospectively It would ve cost Cars2 more than 410 if I d rejected the car and told them to come and uplift it from Glasgow back to Wakefield After a lengthy and very patronising phone call with Paul where I was reduced to tears he eventually agreed to cover 300 of the costs I reluctantly agreed to accept this to draw a line under it That conversation took place on 6th December and I ve still not received the 300 So after a positive sales experience their after sales service is somewhat lacking And that s putting it politely

Happy to take your money When a problem arrises with vehicle they don t want to know Bought a vehicle middle of November first issues less than 48 hours into ownership called them up 4 week wait to look at car then 3 days to change battery Couple weeks later car develops a suspension issue car not safe to drive try to book car in 4 week wait 5th Feb to look at it but if vehicle is recovered in could look at it sooner Vehicle dropped off 13th January just received phone call on 5th of Feb service manager has been out today your car hasn t been looked at do you wanna bring it back tomorrow

Cheap Marketing Trick

Three times Cars2 have called me offering a new MG at the same monthly price I am paying now and three times in the end they have quoted a much higher price the last time this week 57 higher It is insulting that they think they can rope in their customers with such a cheap marketing trick With this experience they are the last dealer I would consider going to Update another call today

everything went wrong

everything went wrong more than 2 weeks i was waiting after paying a deposit no one looks deep enough or just hope for the best 1 puncture on a back tyre back door cover chewed by a dog or other animal no one cleaned the back seats smell of piss and some more problems after 2 months I still waiting to get paid for their lack of interest

Worst customer service I ve had Lied about the condition of the car and had me drive for an hour and a half to find the car had 3 bald tyres and the boot not opening and clearly wasn t the car pictured The sales manager refused to acknowledge that the tyres were bald and left the poor sales women embarrassed as she could clearly see they were Untrustworthy and caught blatantly lying

Possibility the worst organisation I have ever dealt with in the car industry Beware dealing with this company Agreed to purchase a car from me Booked collection on a day where I had to take time off from work When I contacted the collections company on day of collection they advised me that Cars2 had changed their mind but did not even have the decency to contact me Will review on all other platforms where Cars2 have presence

They sold me the used car with 2 years

They sold me the used car with 2 years extended nissan warranty that has so many issues on the day 1 Everything has been hidden to me the buyer or they never diagnosed the car before selling it and the issues were with damaged steering rod end suspension interior lights boot door alignment and now experiencing gear box issue due to transmission cooler pipes got corroded Nothing has been covered under warranty It was very tough to reach them to get support Really annoying Be careful with them before buying the cars Also they put modified exhauster instead of standard one It was not informed to me

Just say No

My first time experience with these Cars2 MG Wakefield Sales are quite pushy Wouldnt personally recommend them as you would probably walk away dissatisfied with a car you dont really want Just say No If it was possible to give zero stars that would be my honest review

Cars 2 Nisan Wakefield not recommended

The day before I was picking up the car early December the salesman told me the car has been withdrawn by Nissan he said it was a demonstrator I won t be available till end of January 2025I didn t get a receipt for a very large depoistAlready sold my car Didn t really apologiseI said to the manager the car is still for sale on three websites He didn t really give me an answer Week later it s still on the websitesI don t know what cars 2 Nissan Wakefield are playing at but it doesn t seem rightPlease be careful and make sure you get the paperwork
