Greeted by Thea who was very helpful in our car selection We had booked to go away the weekend following our purchase and although the car was not ready to be driven away Cars 2 provided us with a courtesy car which was above and beyond what we had expected It has been a friendly experience without any hard selling which was good We were reassured at every step and pleased with our experience

Lovely service start to finish

Top garage trusted people excellent customer journey I had been on the hunt for a new EV for my dad We had looked at the Renault Scenic E-tech LR and thought it was a great for for the money via online lease brokers we took a trip down to the show room for a look at the car in person after booking an appointment with Kate After looking around the car we had other options to look at before committing but for the value for money and kit in the renault vs others it was a no brainier Went back to renault to see if they could be competitive with the figures vs the online brokers They had a very good go and was with in 10 down from 600 pm to 350 We worked out a deal with the car they had in stock in the showroom rarther than having to wait for a factory order and that was that deal done collected the car the week after all paperwork sorted online before collection car was perfect and fully charged Would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a great car advice service and a bargain Big thanks to Kate for the excellent customer journey Justin for the additional support couldn t have done it with out you guys

Had my car seviced at Cars2 Huddersfield Ash did an excelent job of the service If there was an award for customer service it should go to Jeanette in service she always goes the extra mile Have been dealing with them for a few years now and long my it continue
