Excellent service from CDJapan

I have been a CDJapan customer for 10 years since 2012 They are my go-to store for J-Pop Idol goods CD s DVD s Blu-ray s Books and I ve always had excellent service from them Items always arrive in good time I normally select a delivery option that lets me track the order and well packaged so I ve never had any issues with any of my orders Shipping prices have increased recently due to Covid and now the crisis in Ukraine but still seem reasonable to me I ve also used their proxy service which I ve found extremely useful if I m trying to source a rare item I m looking forward to another 10 years with them

I have used this website for years to import things from Japan The price is good you have good options for shipping method and I seem to only get hit with import taxes if it is something larger such as a scale figure when I order clothing it doesn t get hit

Great retailer for fude brushes

I ve been new at purchasing fude brushes and with some research came across cdjapan I was a bit hesitant as the site is not really user friendly for those that are not interested in cds or games I m mostly interested in fude makeup brushes and beauty I love that the shipping threshold is lower than other Japanese retailers and the variety is great Shipping is really quick despite it coming from Japan and very well packaged I have no complaints about the shop but I would like it to be more user friendly and easier to navigate through brush brands

Ok I m extremely happy for your terrific service and delivery I m excited for seeing how carefully you can pack items so carefully with extra care Wrapped very carefully in extra bubble wrap and made sure to get home safely No room for wriggle while being transported Nobody else does this like as carefully as you Keep up great work everyone

I love shopping at CDjapan I get the best items and the last purchase I made is for an exclusive item from one of my favorite bands Even though there are tough times right now and is understandable the shipping prices It s worth it because everything is wrapped carefully and arrives on time with tracking number There are so many things to order that it s hard for me to choose CDjapan also has incredible customer service as well I highly recommend them

Buying stuff from cdjapan has always been a pleasant experience for me never experienced any issues Their prices are good in my opinion and they can package item really well If I buy a vinyl or something where I want to be 100 sure it will arrive without a scratch I buy it from them and not from Amazon Also I never had any issues with order cancellations
