My items have always arrived very well packaged The delivery time depends entirely on the delivery method I ve always picked EMS and I ve never had any problems The only downside is the price CDJapan is a bit expensive compared to their competitors

I bought the Doukyuusei fanbook and received everything within a month I was stoked to received this book and couldn t be happier with the way CDJapan packed it nicely for me I went with the cheapest package and everything came in good condition Their shipping rate isn t that bad I highly recommend this site to anyone who s interesting in souvenirs from Japan

My experience was good Ordered 2 SACDs to be shipped via fedex Order arrived in good condition within 5 days I had absolutely no problems They have a good selection of titles Prices are a little high and shipping costs are too much Since they have a decent selection of SACDs -- some that other sources are unable to get apparently I ll probably buy from them again

Products are authentic and packaged safely Genuine products However I would say that shipping is quite expensive but not too expensive Just dont trust the shipping times They said my package would arrive in 1-2 weeks however it arrived in 26 days In the end I am happy with the purchase

I like CD Japan and all my orders arrived until now But since I made a large order I found out something that isn t fair I always picked shipping with Air Mail which is about 7 and it doesn t have any tracking Now with 3 CDs I payed almost 15 for shipping and it also has no tracking Why Because it was shipped with Air Mail The shipping prices are too high and for 15 it should include a tracking number

It s really a great service they help a lot that we international fans get stuff fast and safe The only thing missing but I don t think is CDJ fault is some stuff is not available It s such a nice website

I ve ordered a few times from them and my overall experience has been positive Good prices lots of bonus point offers small box sizes for CDs etc Also ordered from their japanese storefront and no complaints there But when I preordered a plushie and they wanted double the estimated shipping price on release because they put it in too big of a box and looking at the weight unnecessary filling material it s a plushie it doesn t need any I was a bit shocked Since I paid via credit card the cost was already charged but I was able to reach customer support before they shipped it out and could cancel it But it was still annoying as I now had to look for the item somewhere else that didn t overpack it I would not recommend them for ordering plushies but for CDs similar they are fine Their proxy service is overpriced don t bother with it unless you re sitting on a bunch of points about to expire

Hi I have only bought cds from here but have done so for a number of years have also found the service the be prompt and cds well packaged - not just flimsy cardboard mailers Enquirieshave been answered promptly so I m pretty happy thank you
