Worst customer service I ve seen so far The verification process on other similar sites takes about 5 minutes Here you cannot complete it in hours They do not accept your photos for hours and when you try to contact customer support you get instantly spammed by their bot Look for alternatives

awful customer service

awful customer service sent an inquiry about missing matic on november 1st and still have nothing to show for it been trading crypto for a while now so i know its not an error on my end You know something shady is going on because when you apply for a loan they reply to you within seconds minutes but for a response about an error on their end for missing coins it takes weeks months It s sad to see that a man like AleX maschinsky lets this mediocrity slide in his company

STAY AWAY They actively trade against you they deflect enquiries to buy them time to trade against you They dont respond to information requests they have a 3 day turn around time minimum for each response and that response is canned or a red herring to allow them more time to profit from your deposits An absolute disgrace

Terrible non existent customer

Terrible non existent customer support they suck you into getting interest paid in their coin cel Pretty much impossible to do anything with CEL Nightmare to change it to any other asset You basicly need to be a DEFI wizard to convert it I deposited around 300 BTC cost a lot in Gas fees to deposit then a drama to withdraw 24 stand down period to add a wallet address I have left the CEL siting on their platform too much hassle to get it off Total waste of time Check the positive reveiws on this site trust pilot They are clearly scam paid referal attempts They pay heaps of youtube influencers to get people like me sucked in Stay away just not worth the hassle to get such a small return

Celsius has become a very dangerous drink and you should be aware of it A friend of mine had perfectly good health started drinking these drinks and had been in severe pain come to find out these things are so insanely bad for you they caused her to have kidney stones PEOPLE please be AWARE of how dangerous and unhealthy celsius can be for you

Edit They later filed Bankruptcy Does Celsius legally own your funds sent there As the owner of a small account at Celsius Network we recently were informed and read that information Is it accurate A reason we are concerned about that is both the CFO and CRO of Celsius Network have been charged with incredible crimes by Police in Israel such as money laundering fraud and even sex charges In addition Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky is alleged as having strong ties to both top-level executives before being hired by Celsius Network Does anyone know how in the world were they vetted to be powerful Celsius Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer jobs

I despise it so much Transferring to other wallets is difficult especially because you cannot swap your coins and there is a long waiting period when you do send to someone Verification within 24 hours When compared to Crypto com I find it extremely difficult to gain access to your funds I m never going to use it again My biggest blunder

Freezing withdrawals to your assets because of volatile markets Ok for a few hours or 1 business day maybe but it s been almost 2 weeks now This company has lost all of it s customers trust and once or if they re-open there s going to be a massive outflow to the exit door You now have only 1 major priority left and that s making sure your customer base gets their funds and hard earned money back even if that means the downfall bankruptcy of your company

Please keep in mind This company actively insisted on being labeled as a responsible safe alternative to a bank then won the trust of hundreds of thousands of people in the crypto financial world only to put the entire portfolio at risk and then has yet to give a cent back to any of it s clientele This is the ultimate scam company and their reputation including the CEO and main management should be tarnished until they give the money back to the people who invested in their company Until then they receive 1 star from a former Celsius client
