The amount of time taken to receive a deposit if very long I expected the cost of the fees so I wait for off peak times so that s not an issue However this app would be wise to expand to becoming an exchange so market pairs can be traded Right now if I buy BTC I can t switch it to MATIC and can t park in USDC when a dip is coming The lack of exchange programming will make this app stay behind

Seems to be a good product and wallet but as a British expat working overseas it does not allow me to log in from Ghana normally or via vpn - this is a poor service from this aspect because I have carried out all my UK home address and UK KYC so why should it matter my location because by definition crypto is supposed to be decentralised and borderlessI will not be rating recommending Celsius to any friends colleagues

I ve been using Celsius for almost a month First week I signed up and made my deposits I emailed their customer service about how to stake Cel tokens from within my account and why I only got 40 in BTC for my sign up deposit bonus when the promo code I used should have earned me 50 in BTC Its been over 3 weeks since I sent that email and I have still yet to receive a response If customer service matters to you I suggest finding another company to earn interest with

Their support to unfreeze my account after suspicious activity has been NONexistent I like the interest rates but the support makes that all worthless if you can not get into your account I had considered doubling my the amount I have in my account but after the problems continuing for a week now I don t think I will be doing that any time soon So much for their promised 48 hour policy

I have been with Celsius only for a few weeks Recently I have been having the same issue as another reviewer with respect to Facebook login For me it s been about 5 days or so now and none of my attempts to contact Celsius have resulted in a response Similar to the other reviewer I asked the company to somehow give me another means to log in and again no response Although I did receive a text notification about interest accrual this morning it s of little consolation in that I have no way to view my account or move money around should I wish to do so It s extremely disconcerting having zero control over one s investment but that s exactly the sentiment that Celsius has created due to its complete and utter lack of communication and professionalism There are other platforms that offer similar interest rates and I plan to migrate to one of them once Celsius has fixed this Update The problem was eventually corrected although it took a lot longer than I thought it should

The interest rates may be good for some but the user experience is horrible Whoever design this user platform should be fired the promo code system is very confusing and not professional

Don t let the first impression fool you App is great and their promo codes seems super generous Once you register add the promos and start transferring money you ll find that you need to do things in a very specific way or you ll mess up the promos Basically as a newcomer you need to be a platform expert Two things that does not add up That generosity that they appeared to have Feels more like desperate greed On top of that the support is very slow In a world where companies can screw over their customers extremely easy where your only insurance is credibility Celsius does not delivery I ll be using this platform as a way to spread my risk I ll use it in a limited manner while trying to stay away from it Tip to Celsius Lose the promos and focus on your support Having badly implemented promos is a lot more hurting then not having them at all

I have been a long time user of Celsius Most of the time they have been great but recently I called customer service and it took 2 days for me to finally get someone on the phone To make matters worse the help section on the app isn t working Very poor customer service experience I will say that the person I finally spoke with was polite and helpful but numerous phone call to get through is ridiculous I expect more from Celsius I hope the solve this issue
