App could be improved

App only is a bit fiddly particularly when you are making big transactions and you want to be able to see things clearly and copy pasting links from other desktop services Logging on the app with biometrics seems to have a slight pause then logs in but the screen isn t loading it s giving options to enter verification code so almost looks like the page hangs No visibility of accrual on the daily amount and the toggle between earning in-kind vs cel isn t clear with the percentages

This would be great if the gas fees where not so high Paid 30 in gas fees to test this out So 5 interest per year is about the same amount I paid in gas fees in 5 seconds I can see lots of potential but as long as gas fees are high it s bet to just keep money in eth or btc or buy the Celsius altcoin

Slow costumer service

I hope to soon have a better experience But as someone new to crypto and new to celcius i had several questions which i tried to ask both via the webpage and also email but didnt get any answers Its been 48 hours now Theres a robot chat in the app but it couldnt answer my questions I would highly recommend to improve the costumer service Good luck Update i got an answer after 2 weeks which politely says they are working on putting more resourses into costumer service

The reason for my 3-star rating I tried to purchase Celsius but my payment was cancelled without an exact reason as to why Mystery errors are why I refuse to use Windows Having to do everything with a smartphone app is extremely tedious when trying to move crypto from another platform Would like to see LBC and ADA added

Interest rates great but so many issues and inconveniences

I like your interest rates and your interface overall but you really seriously need to fix your app s login mechanism forgets me every few hours your purchasing options user friendlier and cheaper to compete with those of Voyager Crypto com Coinbase Pro implement crypto-to-crypto currency exchanges implement loans in the US and add debit card access and automatic investments I really seriously want you to be my crypto exchange and wallet service but not having these capabilities make it so difficult

Unable to figure out a bank ach and surprised at the fee ach should be a free service Also I get logged out from the site after just a few minutes So if i have multiple tabs open and go back to celsius I find I am logged out after 5 10 Minutes very annoying you should be able to set this

I would give Celsius five stars if it let us access our accounts by a regular computer not just the phone Too many companies seem to be forcing us to do everything on our phones even though it s not nearly as convenient as doing things on a computer Obtaining keys and the like is especially annoying on the phone Otherwise Celsius seems quite good I have no other issues with it
