I have submitted two tickets about two questions in the last 10 days and I am STILL waiting for the answers I realize that the so called pandemic might be an issue but c mon 10 days is more than enough Your support should step up to the challenge so far and I am not impressed at all or given the confidence to keep my krypto under your roof

Good start but needs to try harder

Yes you can buy BTC elsewhere for a low commission and transfer cheaply to the Celsius wallet But CEL isn t as easy to buy as BTC and I lost 5 in commissions from GBP in my bank to CEL in Celsius even following instructions to buy transfer CEL cheaply I found from a link on Celsius That problem needs fixed

Explanation for the 3 stars Celsius is not that easy to join if you are the Trustee of a Trust and only want a Trust account not a personal account Other internet crypto institutions are easier to join if you re a Trustee The other disadvantage to Celsius is doesn t have a working pc version only android or apple pages

I am new to using a crypto wallet and decided on Celcius because it seems to be quite secure and the rates on savings are favourable I wish the rates were higher but they are competitive with other wallets One thing I would like to see is the ability to convert to Canadian dollars for my balances Maybe I can but I haven t found it Overall the experience so far is positive

After initial deposit WA State Issue received

The enrollment process was simple The app is clean The interest earned rates are very good Unfortunately shortly after enrolling depositing a large amount of USDC I was notified from Celsius that as a resident of Washington State I am unable to deposit or purchase any additional cryptocurrencies stable coins until further notice Fortunately my initial USDC deposit is still ok I am receiving the appropriate interest earned each week

Your Customer Service is awful No live support Live chat is a useless robot My written question or requests are responded after a prolonged delay at times as long as a week Are You serious Do you think new customers who may enter the crypto world tolerate that When they are used to prompt service 24 7

Promo code suddenly got cancelled lol

In the new version when you withdraw coins you may see a warning if you have a locked promo code saying this withdrawal will cancel your locked promo code s I withdrew some coins because I didn t see such warnings but later I found out that my promo code was cancelled The system is untrustworthy the app should show exactly how much money you need to keep in Celsius for the promo codes to stay active Add this feature now to prevent further confusion

CeFi Project with Mediocre Rates

I have been with Celsius for several years Never had problems until recently Seems like Celsius mismanaged their liquidity They are currently unable to pay out their users It might have been necessary and actually be in the interest of the community to disable withdrawals for now However if it wasn t for the mismanagement of funds Celsius would not have been in that situation in the first place Nice bonus Celsius pays the network fees for outgoing transactions should they ever resume

Gonna give you a 3 5 5 after reading these reviews After watching loads of Celsius and Block-Fi videos on YouTube so glad I chose Nexo If you re in the US there are work arounds for using Next Legit great service But Celsius is good too Just not as good as Nexo Good work Crypto fam

Not the best not the worst Interest is lower than Nexo and Hodlenaut but higher than BlockFi The Promo Codes are the best in theory Just be aware that they often avoid paying you the promo code due to hidden clauses
