I liked the fact the that the referencing and the document requirements was easy and smooth But what I disliked is the delayed response in terms of moving and moving in date Also I the apartment I recently moved into has some electrical faults the 2 radiators are falling off its hinges which is very dangerous 3 radiators in the apartment are not working at all and needs immediate attention Just this morning I discovered my kitchen sink is leaking and needs repair All these should have been in place before the tenants moved in as the apartment was vacant for a while before we moved in

I was very unhappy that my payments had gone into the wrong account through no fault of my own The issue took several weeks to resolve causing me a lot of stress When it was finally resolved I didn t receive an apology However I must commend Em Shepard who was instrumental in resolving the issue I found her to be very helpful

Tried phoning Centrick twice with no reply over a period of 5 days sent 3 emails and then eventually two separate members of staff emailed me back with the information I required Good service eventually

Holly was very helpful in arranging a parking fob for me and would also meet her promises to ring me back with updates

We were contacted by Quentin Lee He did not have precise knowledge of the property and answer to each of question was maybe However while it took time he was helpful in getting all the information we requested

I love the house given to us the process was not stressful while getting the house but I only have a problem with how the right to rent and key collection process was Even though the lady assisted us very well to make it easier but I feel there are better ways to make it easier for us

I had a very positive experience with lettings agent Quentin Lee The rental market has been particularly tough for tenants over the summer and I ve had a hard time even getting other agents to reply I was fortunate enough to get a viewing booked with Quentin Lee and his professionalism and responsiveness during this extremely busy season has been great Quentin was courteous and helpful throughout The only reason I have given 4 stars is due to the difficulty of getting through to Centrick on the phone to start with

Following on from my last 1 5 posting 6 days ago I am pleased to post that Centrick have finally sent a chap out to make good the reception area for the building What a lovely chap he is I believe the mouldy and displaced logs are being made good on the 2nd Sept 24 too The decorating today was very quick and the weather conditions will help it to dry With that said I believe the internal building is being decorated at the end of the year Not sure why the wait or in damp cold and wet weather Why the wait Carpets are a major priority filthy damaged and soiled Through 8 years plus of wear and tear they need replacing I await more good work being done As an end note we have broken post boxes internally in the reception area and dirty front doors to the front and back of the building We all look forward to the pot held being used for good in our building We deserve it Thank you Paula Layton

I was struggling with noise from a resident in my apartment building so I made an official complaint This was dealt with professionally and quickly leading to my issue being resolved

I was having issues trying to get contact information correctly logged onto the site It took a few attempts as every time I tried to logo on I was just taken to the wrong information However I eventually got there with the help of Amy and Amin in theProperty section Thanks Guys
