Good apartments but could have been better

The sofas should have been thoroughly cleaned as well as all the kitchen cabinets before our move-in to the apartment Also broadband setup postal code setup should also have been done The room heaters also seem ineffective to heat up the entire rooms The provisions for lighting could be enhanced at least with additional bulb sockets

Humza s the star

After months of trying to get invoices from a seemingly nonexistent Accounts Dept finally Humza answered the General Enquiries phone Accounts never answer He listened to my increasing frustration grasped the problem and said that he would personally sort it Within hours the invoices which we d been chasing were produced - why has it been so hard He actually gets Accounts gets a minus

Telephone Call to Customer Service

Thank you to Em for providing information on the property service charge it was a great help and we were able to help each other in a few minutes It took me several days to get through however today i got through within a few minutes the service i received was excellent Keep trying just to mention avoid leaving a message direct with property services as the return call doesn t come

Excellent Service Ella Hallsey was incredibly helpful she investigated why my service charge payments for 14 and 25 Royal Sovereign Apartments in the Copper Quarter Swansea were showing as unpaid she attempted to trace my cheques and advised me exactly what to do she was able to liaise with your accounts department on my behalf and kept me informed at all times A truly exceptional performance on the behalf of Centrick I can not praise her enough Jan Maybery

1st class Property Management company

Property Management companies generally have a very bad reputation I ve had dealings with a few in the past a bad experience every time BUT today I called my new management company and I m very happy to report the CENTRICK are very different from the norm Faye Clifford Chapman answered my enquiries professionally she carefully explained Centrick s procedures to me clarified all of my questions And she even took the trouble to email me back a summary of our conversation same afternoon Totally excellent

Zoya has been brilliant

Zoya has been brilliant in arranging the replacement key fobs for my flat she stepped in to deal when my original email was sent to someone who was off sick and managed to expedite the issue thank you very much
