Everything was good review

Everything was good Except the company goodlord who kept on calling etc to get me to use them to set everything up but the cost was too much Eg internet they wanyed 35 amonth which is alot for just broadband so i stayed with company i was already using and saved my self 15 amonth Otherwise a good experience

Adam Rowberry and general info

Adam Rowberry was excellent in helping us on several issues I wish more people at Centrick were as customer- Centrick as Adam Amazing how impressive a company can be when employee partners respond and take action on behalf of the customer Others at Centrick could take a lesson or two from Adam Adam gets 5 stars Centrick gets 4

Haider Hussain was great in helping resolve my problem It would have been good if Centrick could have been proactive in informing me of an over payment

Responsive and helpful

One of the few agents that are actually responsive and answered all our questions patiently Hollie was the point of contact and was really helpful theough the process Turkay assisted with the key collection and was pleasant to talk with Good service overall

Smooth experience

I ve previously sometimes found it difficult to get in touch with Centrick having been stuck in the phone lines for a while However since I ve been dealing with Quentin I ve been very well taken care of and have been getting very fast responses So far this process has been very smooth and I m looking forward to hopefully finalising my let agreement soon

I am happy to have met and spoken with a lady named Maggie James whom represents Centric has been happy to help our community maintain a clean environment As a result progress is being made My hope would be that the communication we have had can continue as the maintenance of where I consider home is valued very much

Both Ryan and Emilia always give good support They have tried to help me in many cases and they always respond to the email efficiently In terms of the overall Centrick management I think this could improve Especially due to some recent events a number of cameras within the building would be very much appropriate

The management of the building is a very slow to resolve issues though a new operations director and manager have just started whom seem to be more responsive and actioning things On a more positive note Hayley mears the concierge at Victoria Point at Ashford is excellent She so often goes above and beyond for her residents and looks after us very well I ll miss having her as I ve now moved out

The transition was smooth

The transition was smooth I didn t know of the exchange of property managers till I got a mail through the post There s been people coming around to check proper functioning of stuff so they re definitely doing sth right
