I had called to cancel my rental car

I had called to cancel my rental car unfortunately put on hold so I missed the 24 hour deadline by 4 minutes I was informed I would only need to pay the holding fee and the rest would be reimbursed In the end I ended up paying the whole sum and all of my mails were answered very late and informed me that I would not be reimbursed of any money Conclusion either they have incompetant people answering their phones or scammers After reading several reviews end conclusion is that they are scammers and totally customer unfriendly

In Milan Malpensa car hire we were refused the car we booked because we didn t agree have a credit card with the only option being a full insurance Having no options we accepted only to be told by the assistant that he had changed his mind and now just refused point blank to even accept the full insurance We were threatened shouted at and insulted The assistant did not wear a name badge He were threatened with sleeping rough in a car park We will escalate to a legal complaint but I would urge everyone to be extremely careful with this company It s more than unprofessional it will actually put you in danger

First of all Google should add a zero star rating Creates high effort experience very poor experience you copy paste the name of a product and it still shows something that is absolutely irrelevant to what you re looking for I was looking to buy Airbuds the results show scooters of that brand how can this be fails every time And it shows the highest prices and hides the cheapest which can be found on Google s normal engine looks like this website is being paid by certain companies to show only their prices which are the highest The app does the exact opposite if ever of what s it s designed to do

SCAM We rented a car through Check24 in August Booking number DC-8138280 We paid Check24 Payment upon collection from Europcar on-site 477 07 was the contract Instead I was charged 969 55 An overcharge of 492 48 equivalent to CAD 760 25 was made Today Europcar charged my credit card a second time 969 55

I have ordered a smart watch from them and it was nice but it doesn t pairing with my phone so I turned them back when I asked to how to return it they send me the address and the order is not received yet by them I don t know why They don t send me even the label that I should sent the package with it and the refund will not happen until they receive the package I experience that with another company once I have shipped the package back to them they send my the refund immediately

I ordered 4 tyres from them 3 weeks ago I recive the tyres and one of them was deformed I signal them the issue right away sending pictures with the tyre and describing the issue and they don t seem to want to resolve the problem I get the same answear from two weeks now We are waiting feedback from the seller So you should think twice before ordering something from them
