If I can give I give them minus STARS many times I book holidays with check 24 but every time there is a catch and it s always but they are advertising the Web description always falls and specially the hotels but their advertising special in Turkey and Egypt unacceptable their deal with the third party companies Such companies do not even know customer services I even try to complain and they promise that my complain will be replied within two months even after two months I had to chase them for a reply and at the end I got nothing they promised me that they will give me the compensation but at last I got a reply from the third party travel agent saying that everything was okay and everything was perfect from their side Nothing can be done I m so furious still a lot of people will be scamming with this check 24 website I strongly recommend everybody not to use this comparison website and booking holidays Please avoid the check 24 and don t be scamed

My wife ordered a car 24h before the date we wanted that car When we went to pick the car at the airport m Hamburg they didn t confirm our reservation to the Starcar So we didn t get any car but they got our money and still they didn t refund us its been a week now

Very very bad They have an error in the system and they make you pay for it I made a contract for a mobile that starts in the future And I clearly had an option in the app to enter this start date What happen they triggered the contract with the mobile provider and the start Datum was immediate Now I have to resolve their issues for them with the mobile provider In the app from check24 it says clearly that the start is in the future and I have proof for them and they tell me resolve it yourself with the mobile provider And now I have to pay on top of it for the upcoming months because of their error Completely unprofessional

Sehr guter Kundenservice aber es scheint dass sie mit betr gerischen Autovermietungen zusammenarbeiten Bisher bin ich dabei eine R ckerstattung zu leisten aber sie machen es nicht weil sie dem Vertragsunternehmen die Schuld gegeben haben Deshalb sehr schlechte ErfahrungServicio de cliente muy buena pero parece que trabajan con empresas estafadoraras de alquiler de coche hasta ahora estoy en el proceso de hacer un reembolso pero no lo hacen porque inculparon a la empresa contratada por eso muy mala experiencia

It shows Misleading comparison I secured internet connection via check24 There were hidden cost which check 24 did not mentioned during the calculation I emailed this error to check 24 got no reply Even though check24 pretends to help you they are no more than a broker that licking only a commission

My contract was cancelled by a CHECK24 representative bcz I told him that I didn t receive what I ordered The reason for cancelling the contract is the item not delivered as described I ordered the tariff green 5G 30GB but I received green LTE 30GB I tried to contact freenet and Check24 but they refused to solve the problem because they say that Logitel is responsible for that Then I wrote an email to logitel but there was no response A Freenet employee tried to convince me that LTE has 5G too Because of this miscommitment I lost all my cashbacks and offers Since I ordered during Black week I cannot order it again at the same price Order Reference No 39023683

Once you made a purchase through check24 they do not answering your e-mails containing questions according your offered services 2 emails for the last 6 months still no answer
