It s not a bad hotel really but to beg everyday about the possibility to breathe - yes it just kills all positive impressions After the first switching off the air conditioner at night we were offered another room The new one looked a lot more like on the pictures from the offer there practically everything worked we even slept one night nicely But in the next night air conditioner around midnight started to heat again It was senseless to open thewindow outside was humid loud sewerage smells etc The variety of reactions to our complaints was great We saw sympathy regret reproach severity we were even shamed Although we were informed that the air conditioning in Tunisia has been turned off by law since the first of October but it would work for us personally as a compliment A few times the technician was called then we had normal temperature in the room but not for long Now we went through the last horrible night here and the very first time we are happy to leave We don t know how was it in other rooms of this hotel we just had enough from two of them We truly love to visit Tunisia because of people climate historical places ambience But we never would advise to anyone repeat our experience

This is a general statement and not connected to a booking with Check24 My statement is based on using a similar comparison app and a telephone call with Check24 It is also based on feedbacks from customers who used Check24 and can be found on the Check24 website Damage Waver Coverage is a problem when choosing a rental car company through a comparison app Check24 offers a search filter where damage waver is included People who used the filter and booked a car with DWC found out on arrival that the car rental company said only a basic coverage was offered and that a further charge must be paid I think it is much better and secure to rent direct with a car rental company at place country rather than through a comparison app To make the legal aspect clear A person booking a car rental through a comparison app such as Check24 has a contract with the car hire company NOT with the comparison app Comparison apps are only a go-between like EBay for instance Check24 contacted me by phone and we had a detailed discussion I must admit that Check24 has a very serious system of working with trusted care hire companies and that I am confident that one can trust Check24 will take care of you in case of conflicts with companies that they recommend

English unten Ich habe am 8 Juni bei Check24 bestellt und es hei t dass meine Produkte zwischen dem 9 und 11 Juni eintreffen werden Bis zum 10 hat es jedoch keine Best tigung ber die Lieferung gegeben Ich schickte Nachrichten und rief den Kundenservice an sie sagten sie werden ihren Partner kontaktieren ich rief am 9 Juni an und am 10 Juni um 14 45 Uhr rief ich wieder an immer noch keine Antwort von E-Mail oder so ber die Lieferung Sie berpr ften auf dem System und keine Informationen Ich bin wirklich nicht zufrieden damit und werde f r das n chste Mal nach anderen Websites suchen die das Versprechen an den Kunden halten und hilfsbereiter f r uns sind anstatt nur das Feedback die Anfrage zu erhalten und dort zu lassen English version I ordered from Check24 on 8th June and it is said my products will arrive between 9-11th June However until 10th there has no confirmation on the delivery I sent messages and called to the customer services they said will contact to their partner I called on 9th June and on 10th June at 14 45 I called again still no response from email or so about the delivery They checked on the system and no information I am really not satisfed with this and will look for other websites to buy for the next time who keep the promise to the customer and be more helpful to us instead of just receiving the feedback request and leave there

The website and the mobile app should support multiple languages Rest all is fine as of now

I wish there is an english Version of the site so 3 stars for a national Website for a country living international people on it
