It s a nice Vergleich Portal but I reduce 2 Stars because of the worst Shipping time after confirmation of sending it takes 2 weeks overall not bad

Edit Check24 customer support eventually replied back and followed up with Getsafe and then Getsafe replied I would still expect more responsiveness I had to send multiple e-mails messages and reviews to get the things done Thanks ------Do not trust Check24 de They are just platform to get commissions but won t help when you need I have got insurance through them When there was a case of a claim due to damage the insurance company GetSafe is not even responding and check24 also not helping I just get some auto-reply from them but no help The customer reviews on their website seem to be fake or not reliable In case of insurance needs better to look for an independent insurance agent from your trust sources

Spent hours with my girlfriend searching thousands of deals for a dream trip next year Finally found something we both liked on check24 Booked on Rechnung and was so happy to be done with it Fast forward 5 days No invoice ever arrived My trip was cancelled by check24 after they decided to raise the price I was happy to pay the extra price but there was no option for this Then the trip was not re-bookable through the app or the website Customer service was rude and unhelpful Now the price on the site is over 2000 more expensive Total clickbait manoeuvrer Booked the flights and hotel separately with booking com - got a better flight saved over 10 hours total a better hotel and a rental car plus 4 more days in paradise I even saved over 1000 - - Update I am raising this from 1 to 3 stars because after speaking with team at Check24 there were some very nice conversations mutual understanding and a generous resolution While i lost a lot of valuable time and got some grey hairs customer satisfaction is clearly a priority for the company despite my initial experience

While I ve had mostly positive experiences with Check24 e g hiring of cars booking flights etc changing my health insurance through their platform was a journey filled with uncertainty and stress The entire process was disappointing to say the least The procedure lacked transparency and was chaotic with significant delays throughout The staff I interacted with seemed uninformed and in hindsight I believe I would have been better off handling the change independently To this day I remain unsure if the switch was completed correctly I haven t received any confirmation from either Check24 support or the new insurer leaving me in the dark Overall it was a terrible experience that has left me with more questions than answers

It is really a helpful one so solution for comparing and choosing from different services I use it quite often What they can improve upon is also presenting a website that is in English Might help them get more customers

The experience with Colin on the house financing was very positive - professional and knowledgeable The one on the car insurance and travel was not On the car insurance I received 100 of e-mails but never what I was asking for On the travel - I spent so much time online trying to speak to your agents who promised would call me back but never did That was a total waste of time and frustrating

Very nice and feature-rich portal but definitely lacks English localisation both the Website and the Mobile App Because of the page structureof the site not all labels can be Google-translated Some bonuses are available through the Mobile App only and it s even more difficult to translate
