I had a bit of an issue getting documents uploaded and was about to be out of cover but they stayed on the other end of the call for the documents to come in and be reviewed in realtime great service

It s the first time I ve enjoyed getting car insurance quotes

The Chill website refused to understand my phone number so I had to ring which I usually prefer to do anyway If there s something I don t understand I have somebody who can explain it to me It was my first call to get a lower quote than my insurers - normally I d call another 5-10 before making a choice but Cian was such a good salesman I took the first quote I got He was extremely patient with my luddite head for insurance jargon and took the time to say things slower 2-3 times until I understood and never lost patience with me He was that good and helpful able to explain the jargon my own insurers had given me too that I d have no hesitation to recommend him to others for their car insurance It s the first time I ve enjoyed getting car insurance quotes

Delighted with the customer service Was handled by a chap called Stephen and he couldn t have been more helpful he managed to reduce my cover by spending time working on it Great lad and would recommend as it was very easy
