Won t Use Chill Ever Again
Chill sent me home insurance renewal documents that didn t open then they went ahead and automatically transferred me to a new more expensive policy with a new insurer having never received any input from me They also automatically renewed my finance arrangement with Close Brothers even though I didn t need finance this year I m still awaiting on my first direct debit payment to be returned to me despite assurances It is extremely hard to get help from Chill with all their no reply emails I d let them know if I were satisfied if they d let me reply This we hope you re satisfied lark is ridiculous when one cannot then follow up to their emails
