Today we had to lovely opportunity to speak with Jake for the second time in 6 months He was very thorough with his explanations regarding our queries He added extra value by going above and beyond to check possible add ons to the insurance and by ensuring a previous insurance was fully handled He patiently went through each item that was included or excluded from the current insurance policy the small print yes I read the small print Jake your are the epitomy of customer care and made us feel like the centre of world during the call You should be either the future trainer of all customer care executives for Chill

Excellent customer care by Kirsten

Rang customer care and spoke with Kirsten I had forgotten to upload a document despite a good few reminders whoops Kirsten was professional and friendly and had the situation resolved within minutes of my call and sent an email to confirm all was sorted

Just moved from the USA back to Ireland after 5 years and had difficulty in finding a car insurance company Robert spent time sourcing an insurance company to suit my needs and when I rang him on a Saturday morning he got back to me immediately Process was easy efficient and quick Highly recommend Robert and Chill

I spoke with Stephen previously for an insurance quote for my daughter and he emailed me saying if I needed any further assistance to contact him I emailed him this morning requesting he call me and he called within 10 minutes He had logged all previous details of our conversation which made the process hassel free and efficient and my daughter is now covered I found Stephen very helpful and a pleasure to deal with
