The whole process was excellent The platform for the purchaser is to be recommended Transport was from Poland to Germany delivery was by UPS it was fast and without problems Packaging was to say the least good The watch delivered was as described really nice and the watch handler was polite and friendly From my experience I can recommend the platform and the provider For your information I am a very critical but realistic person

Disgusted spent 10 000 Australian dollars on a watch And it came with a complimentary hair on the face of the dial Chrono24 did absolutely nothing to help me mediate with the dealer instead i was asked to return the watch pay 150 to return the watch then threatened if any things wrong with watch on return im paying Not to mention lose the 1100 in tax and duties i paid for upon delivery Its disgusting ive been treated like a criminal when im the victim cheers chrono24 the worst customer service i have ever received Im so disappointed and unfortunately we did not reach an agreement im too scared to return the item as i dont beleive i will ever see my money The watch has a list of defects and thats the end i pay a 2200 repair bill through Breitling to fix it

Beware hidden commission on currency exchange rate You can only pay in a currency your business home address is registered Customer service is nonexistent or inpersonal and robotic at best
