I bought a watch through Chrono24 but it was not inside the package when it was delivered Fortunately I was suspicious of the delivery and opened the package in the presence of the delivery driver Chrono24 took the matter to mediation This has been a traumatic experience Their customer services only makes basic answers to my emails and has never answered any of my questions I have received misleading and differing responses throughout the process At the moment I have no watch Chrono24 has retained my money and I am still awaiting a response to a rather heated discussion with one of their customer services people from last week In all honesty I would have to say that their Trusted seller Escrow process is unacceptable

Chrono24 have responded to my previous review but only partially In their response to my review they only reiterated what they have already said in emails My issue about their total lack of a response to any of my specific questions they have completely ignored In a recent conversation with a member of their customer services team I was told that the issue was now between the seller and myself and that they could do no more After some pressure they said they would contact the seller again but have never come back to me with a response which they said they would Perhaps they need a lesson on what good customer services means

The price in Euro displayed on the chrono24 site for watch out Great Britain was wrong After the original price in GBP was converted the real price for the watch was 150 more than the one displayed on the chrono24 site So be carefull

Really bad customer care I sent an email twice to request a question regarding the price conversion between CHF and EUR and I never got an answer I called the support line and I had to wait 25 minutes with no answer at the end I am still waiting for the answer Really bad customer care

i live in germany and bought a watch in japan the euro amount i had to pay was much more than the actual price with the actual exchange rate so i really would have preferred that i paid the amount in japanese yen but that wasn t possible i understand this is the way chrono24 makes money but then it should be called a service charge or something rather than hiding it like this

Disappointing experienceThe seller promised to get the watch to me in 3 days but that didn t happen After a lot of made-up excuses it became clear that he did not have the watch in stock and had no way of getting it Chrono24 took another week to refund my payment Complete waste of time I would expect Chrono24 to hold its sellers to a higher standard

Dont buy trough them I bought a watch with 1 year retailer warranty It stopped to run shortly after I received it and I got a battery at the cost of the vendor Now the watch stopped to run again and the vendor ignores my mails and chrono24 sent 2 polite mails to them and does not see themselves involved any further It would be easy for them to hold the vendor accountable for the warranty because they could ban them from the platform but they leave me alone to sort it out Given this you are left to chase or even sue a vendor in a foreign country on your own Dont get yourself in that situation

Don t have the watch for more than one month and it already broke Winding goes extremely bad tough Today the winding mechanism broke completely when tried to set time correctly Bottom line Purchased a watch for 6800 Swiss Francs that the seller said has been looked at from their watchmaker before put on the market and mentioned on the Chrono24 portal to be in very good conditions The winding went tough from day one but now it s completely broke

I am HIGHLY unsatisfied both with the supplier and Chrono 24 I BOUGT the Omega watch I paid it and the supplier sold the watch to another party and increased my price AFTER final deal was made Absolutely not ok Chrono 24 has not even responded to my complaint after I wrote you 2 weeks ago The seller ran out of a binding deal AFTER payment was made and you did NOTHING Embarrasing

Lost 300USD due to Chrono24 escrow service s malicious practices Thought I bought the watch was given ultra-short notice to provide a passport scan unheard of in online transations and I will complain to visa about that they do 2FA already then I got a refund not a transaction cancellation incurring currency conversion cost chrono24 s support was less than helpful I am a premium customer with chrono24 Sound summary I will not EVER consider chrono24 for another purchase Regarding your response your finance provider better learns the difference between a transaction cancellation and a refund really soon With a cancellation this would not have happened and their intend apparently was not to take my money at all or at least not without causing unreasonable trouble I therefore maintain that your response is besides the point You have cost me money not my bank or visa provider
