No watch and no refund
I bought a watch through Chrono24 but it was not inside the package when it was delivered Fortunately I was suspicious of the delivery and opened the package in the presence of the delivery driver Chrono24 took the matter to mediation This has been a traumatic experience Their customer services only makes basic answers to my emails and has never answered any of my questions I have received misleading and differing responses throughout the process At the moment I have no watch Chrono24 has retained my money and I am still awaiting a response to a rather heated discussion with one of their customer services people from last week In all honesty I would have to say that their Trusted seller Escrow process is unacceptable
